Cancellations and modifications must be notified by email directly to the hostel at least 24 hours before the day of arrival (until 00:00 the day before arrival). After that period, or in case of a no-show, the amount of the entire stay will be charged as a penalty.

The total amount will be charged anytime before arrival and, in the event of a no-show or cancellation, no partial or total refunds will be made.

During these two periods, we have a 7-day cancellation policy. Any no-show, cancellation, or modification made within 7 days of your arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. We have the right to charge 50% of the reservation during this 7-day period. Any charges not accepted will have their reservation canceled.
