Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room can be reassigned. To guarantee the reservation, you must have covered the total corresponding to the deposit. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit. Cancellations received after 3 p.m. the day before arrival they will not be refunded or credited and will be charged in full.
Smoking is not allowed in our apartments and rooms for short stays. You will be asked to sign a document accepting a fine of $ 2,000.00 pesos if we find ANY evidence of smoking inside the room. Consider the following. We can immediately terminate the rental agreement if:
More guests are staying at the property than agreed.
It makes excessive noise in the evening hours or at night.
The property you have rented is sublet (or given to other people). The number of people residing in the apartment must be the same as that confirmed in the reservation. Accommodation can be requested for additional guests.
A charge of $ 500 pesos will be charged for each additional guest per night. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people spend the night in the apartment.
Hotel Castillo Ferrer does not allow pets in the apartments. A fine of $ 1,000 pesos will be charged if pets are brought into the rooms.
Hotel Castillo Ferrer is not responsible for personal items lost or forgotten on the premises.
Damages
During your stay, the room and all equipment and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. An immediate notification to Castillo Ferrer staff will be expected of any damage to the apartment.
You (the tenant) are financially responsible for any damage to the apartment. This includes losses caused by you (the tenant) or by the negligent behavior and actions of a third party. A review will be made at the time of departure from the apartment. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the apartment and all equipment and facilities will be carried out shortly after departure and before another guest occupies the apartment. The tenant is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. In this case, a detailed damage statement will be sent immediately by email or fax along with an invoice for the cost of repair or replacement, any costs will be deducted from the deposit if this is still possible. Please note that we will send you an immediate notification after check-out regarding damages to the apartment. Hotel Castillo Ferrer can take the necessary steps to resolve any issues and ensure that all equipment and facilities are working and provided as expected. Damage deposit is fully refundable upon departure and is subject to property damage inspection. The deposit must be paid upon arrival, in cash and will be fully refunded upon departure if the apartment is in good condition and the company has no claims. Damage or cleaning costs beyond what would be expected after responsible use of the apartment will be deducted from the deposit. Please remember Rooms are NON-SMOKING ONLY! At the time of your arrival, you will be asked to sign a document that accepts a fine of $ 2,000 pesos if traces of smoking are found in the room.
