Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
CANCELLATIONS: If a written Cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund less 10% processing fee. No refund is given if cancellation is fewer than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date. All reservations are re-bookable for upto 1 year for a rebooking fee of $50.00 USD There will be no refund due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes but we will provide a credit for future reservations for up to 1 year. Green Parrot Beach House will not be responsible for foreign exchange rate changes made when using your credit card out of country. Refund will not be given if person under the age of 18 is brought upon checkin. We are ADULTS ONLY 18 and over.
Terms and Conditions
Deposit policy: 100% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed when this deposit is received along with your confirmation form. Taxes are charged on all bookings. Check in as at 2pm and check out at 11am. Should you need late check in or check out please ensure to inform us 24 hours in advance. Our cabanas are two story and not accessible by wheel cheer. We have free parking, Wi-Fi and security on property. ADULTS ONLY 18 yrs and older
Please be advice that we are ADULTS ONLY (18 and older). if reservation is made and a child is brought for your stay you will not be able to check in and no refund will be given.
