CANCELLATION POLICIES:
I. General cancellation policies, applicable for most hotels: A): Reservations cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% charge of the total amount of your reservation. B): Reservations cancelled 21 to 7 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount of your reservation. C): Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of no-show, will not be refunded. Likewise, no refunds apply for early departures. D): The remaining balance of items A and B is not refundable, it remains as a credit balance which may be used for a period of 1 year from the date of cancellation and will be subject to hotel availability.
II. Policies for Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays and/or any other holiday: A): Reservations cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% charge of the total amount of your reservation. B): Reservations cancelled 30 to 15 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount of your reservation. C) : Reservations cancelled 15 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, will not be refunded. Likewise, no refunds apply for early departures. D) : The remaining balance of items A and B is not refundable, it remains as a credit balance which may be used for a period of 1 year from the date of cancellation and will be subject to the availability of the hotel.
III. New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve Reservation Policy: A) 100% of the total amount must be paid in order to reserve. B) The minimum nights of lodging for this period must be 3 nights. C) These policies will be valid from December 29th to January 8th.
