Property and Cancelation Policies :
1. Changes or cancellations made up to three days before check-in are free of charge. Within three days prior to check-in, changes or cancellations will incur a charge equal to the first night of your stay.
2. Cancellations on the check-in day or failure to notify the hotel in advance (no show) will result in a 100% charge for the entire order.
3. After checking in, orders cannot be modified, and refunds are not available.
(For example: Check-in on the 20th, the final free change and cancellation time is before 23:59 on the 16th.)
Terms and Conditions
- The room rates at our hotel vary depending on the booking date. Please refer to the final price displayed on the booking page.
- The property reserves the right to charge the full amount of the payment before check-in with the credit card details guests provided. If you provide an invalid card, the reservation will be canceled automatically without further information.
- The credit card is for reservation guarantee, we will charge the full amount of the room fee by the credit card. Guests are required to show the credit card upon check-in.
- Any modification: contact us 3 days prior to your arrival date otherwise penalty fee will be applied.
- Check-in time 15:00, check-out time 11:00. Late check-in is acceptable since we have 24-hour receptionist.
- For minors between the ages of 13 to 18, a guardian's permission form must be signed and provided to the front desk upon check-in. Please email us for the form in advance.
- Guests 4-12 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult.
- Late check out after 11:00. You will be charged JPY$2,000 per hr/room. Late check out service is subject to hostel reservation status. The hostel reserves the right of final decision on late check out.
- No smoking allowed (including balconies). Violators will be fined JPY$50,000 cleaning fee.
