Terms and Conditions
- No payment is due at time of booking. Full payment will be processed 7 days prior to arrival.
- Guests should go directly to their accommodation at 222 Robert Gray Drive, Ilwaco, WA 98624.
- There are no keys – you will be provided with a 4 digit code for access to the cottage. Simply enter the code on the lock, wait for the green light and turn clockwise to unlock, counter clockwise to lock.
- Check in time is 3pm or later; Check out is by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested but cannot be guaranteed and are dependent on other reservations.
- Only the Audubon Cottage is currently open for reservations. The Main House is currently under construction Monday-Friday from 9-5pm. It is both visible and audible from the cottage.
- We reserve the right to charge additional for any property damage.
- Due to the nature of the property and surrounding wildlife, we can't accept all pets. Please contact us directly prior to booking if you're traveling with an animal. Additional pet fees will apply.
- Absolutely no smoking indoors.
- Please recycle and be respectful of resources. Never leave garbage or food outside overnight — there are too many critters, including bears!
