El acceso al hotel se realizará mediante una caminata con una distancia 2.3 km.
Esta consiste en descender una montaña, cruzar un río (por un puente de cemento) y subir así el hotel.
Todo el trayecto es por un sendero que ya está marcado y en compañía de un miembro de nuestro staff.
La duración la ponen ustedes porque pueden caminar despacio, parar a descansar, etc..
El equipaje se los haremos llegar a la habitación.

Somos un proyecto familiar, el cual fue diseñado como un producto turístico de naturaleza realizando un sueño sostenible como modelo de vida, creado con el fin de compartir con el mundo un lugar único rodeado de paisajes y naturaleza mágicos, con un espíritu de conservación y apropiación de nuestra biodiversidad. Nuestro proyecto es un sitio maravilloso y singular por su ubicación, conformación, 360º de paisaje alrededor, su biodiversidad y en especial la ubicación del nido de una hermosa pareja de Cóndores que sobrevuelan los 2 cañones que conforman nuestra meseta.
Estamos Ubicados en la vía que comunica a Villamaria, Caldas, con el Nevado Santa Isabel, a 17 km del casco urbano de Villamaria. El viaje tiene una duración de 1 hora apróximadamente por carretera destapada, llena de paisajes compuesto por sembrados, cascadas y naturaleza.
INFORMACIÓN GENERAL:
Contamos con 5 carpas tipo safari de 72 metros cuadrados + 9 metros de baño. Todas miran hacia el cañón en donde se encuentra el nido del cóndor. Las carpas cuentan con dos terrazas exteriores cubiertas y dos ambientes interiores, habitación con cama *King, chimenea y otras comodidades. El segundo ambiente es una sala con un sofá, sillas mariposa, mesa y un rack para la ropa.
El Baño tiene ducha con vista sobre el cañón, jardín interior y el sanitario está separado de la ducha y el lavamanos.
La capacidad máxima por carpa es de 4 personas, ya sea en 2 camas King, 1 cama King y 2 twin, o 4 camas twin.
*La acomodación de las camas se hace según la cantidad de personas.
*Puede hospedarse desde 1 sola persona.

Incluye las 3 comidas (Cena del día que llegas, desayuno y almuerzo del siguiente día).
También incluye las siguientes actividades que están diseñadas para realizarlas por tu cuenta (Si quieres que alguna de estas sea guiada, tiene un costo adicional): Tenemos 5 senderos de diferentes dificultades, dos ríos, avistamiento de aves, un sendero perimetral por toda la meseta para caminar, trotar, o hacer paseos en bicicleta, además tenemos juegos de mesa.
Nosotros te prestamos los bastones de senderismo, binóculos, radioteléfonos, cartillas de Aviturismo, bicicletas y demás, para realizar las actividades dentro del área del hotel.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. We know that life happens, and sometimes, you must cancel or reschedule your hotel reservation. That's why we offer a flexible cancellation policy so you can confidently book your stay. Cancellations.
- You can cancel your reservation at any time by sending us an email.
- If you cancel 31 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus bank charges and a 5% admin fee.
- If you cancel 15 to 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 75% deposit refund minus bank charges and a 5% admin fee.
- If you cancel 14 to 8 days before your arrival date, you will be charged 50% of your deposit plus a 5% admin fee.
- If you cancel 7 days or fewer before your arrival date or do not show up, you will be charged 100% of your deposit.
- You can reschedule your reservation within 6 months of your original booking date.
- Rescheduled reservations cannot be refunded.
- You must request a rescheduling at least 15 days in advance. For exceptional cases, you can explain your situation to us via email.
- If you reschedule less than 7 days in advance, we will charge you a 20% penalty unless it is due to a case of force majeure (which you must document and provide to us for consideration).
- You can reschedule up to two times.
- Rescheduled dates are subject to availability and may not be available during high season (Easter, Recess Week, and December 7th to February 15th).
- You must respect the days of the week you originally booked or cancel any extra nights if the new dates you choose have a higher rate.
- Non-refundable and promotional reservations cannot be canceled but may be modified if available at the hotel, subject to a 25% admin fee.
- Gift Cards: Please note that after the expiration date of the Gift Card, if you wish to use it, you will have to pay an additional 25% charge, which will be valid for a maximum of six months after the expiration date. After that, it will expire definitively.
Terms and Conditions
Please note the following rules and guidelines for your stay:
- Minors must be accompanied by their parents to enter the hotel.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Drones are prohibited.
- Speakers and music players are not permitted.
- Alcohol and drugs are not allowed.
Check-in time is from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. After 4:00 PM, check-in is not possible due to the necessary logistics. In cases of force majeure, check-in will be allowed up to 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, it will not be possible to check in.
If you plan to arrive for lunch, please notify us the day before so that our chefs can prepare. Keep in mind that rooms are available at 1:30 PM.
Check-out time is at 11:30 AM. This is to allow time for cleaning and biosecurity protocols to prepare the room for the next guest. You may stay in our facilities until 3:30 PM on the day of your departure.
If you fail to vacate the room on time, you will be charged a 50% fee of the night's rate. However, if there is no other reservation for your room on the day of your departure, you may leave at your convenience.
