Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to avoid any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you could observe the following:
- The guest can cancel "Flexible" rate free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within one 1 day before arrival
- "Semi-Flexible" rates are non-refundable and charged in the amount of total price 14 days before arrival.
- "Non-refunable" rates are charged immidiately and are non-refundable.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early with a "non-refundable" or "semi-flex" rate, no refund is possible.
- Kindly note that refunds are only applicable for reservations made directly through the hotel website. For third-party reservations, any cancellation requests must be directed to the respective booking companies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our refund policy.

SMOKING
Throughout our entire hotel, smoking is strictly prohibited. Upon check-in, you will be required to sign an agreement indicating your understanding of a 200 euro fine in the event of any evidence of smoking found in the room or common areas such as window ledges, the lift, stairs, entrance near the reception, etc. This policy encompasses both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes, e-pipes, and any variations thereof, irrespective of their names. Please be aware that our policies align with local health and safety guidelines and adhere to recommendations from the EEC regarding smoking in public places.
DAMAGE
During your stay, we kindly ask that you treat the hotel premises, equipment, and furniture with care, ensuring they are kept in good order. Please promptly notify the Guest Service Agent (GSA) of any damages or breakages in the room. As a guest, you assume financial responsibility for any damage incurred during your stay, whether caused by your actions, negligence, or that of a third party.
While a preliminary check will be conducted at check-out, a more thorough review of the room's condition and its amenities will take place before the room is occupied by another guest. You will be held responsible for any damages or breakages beyond normal wear and tear. In such instances, a detailed damage statement, along with an invoice for repair or replacement costs, will be promptly sent via email. If feasible, any costs will be deducted from the deposit immediately. Should these costs exceed the deposit or if the deposit has already been returned, reimbursement will be claimed promptly.
Please note that immediate notification of any damages, breakages, or issues with the room after check-out is expected. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
GUEST SAFETY POLICY

RESERVATION POLICY
Your reservation is guaranteed until 1 day before the day of arrival. After that time if no deposit is paid, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Prepayment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking. Room rates are subject to change.
