EXCHANGE RATE:Although our rates may appear in different currencies depending on where you are located or in which language you are looking for availability, payment of these is made in National Currency (Mexican Pesos) as well as credit card charges. The Banking Law in Mexico establishes that All these charges must be made in Mexican Pesos at the exchange rate of the day according to the Official Gazette of the Federation or Bank of Mexico.
MINORS / AGES AND ACCESSES:It is considered minor when the boy or girl is still up to 12 years old. The Hotel considers 13 years of age or older as adults.Some Rooms may receive up to two children under 12 years of age without additional charge, BUT it is important to consider the capacity of each Type of room and DO NOT exceed it.At Emperador Vallarta Beachfront Hotel & Suites we are committed to the fight against the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, which we seek to guarantee by controlling the entry of minors into our establishment, therefore when you want to make a CHECK IN and this requires the registration of a minor, the following conditions exist:When the minor is accompanied by the father or mother, they must prove their relationship, the hotel reserves the right to question minors to confirm that they are indeed their relatives with whom they are traveling.If the minor travels with an adult companion who is not his father, mother or legal guardian, he must submit a document certifying that the minor is authorized by his parents to be with the person with whom he travels. An official identification must be shown for each responsible adult guest and minor(s).When the person in charge of the minor does not meet the above requirements, our collaborators will be subject to the following procedure:1. PETS: Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed on the property.Only those certified as "Guide Dogs or Service Animals" are admitted.For legal purposes, only dogs trained to guide a visually impaired or deaf-blind person are considered service dogs, according to the General Law for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, in force in Mexico, in its articles 16 and 17. The dog must be in perfect conditions of cleanliness, health and protection to prevent them from causing any damage, nuisance, plague or disease. The health of the dog must be accredited with a veterinary certificate and the vaccination card.
VEHICLE PARKING: The "Lazaro Cárdenas" parking lot is located four blocks from the hotel, it is underground and has a hourly / daily fee, for public use with security personnel 24/7.
The hotel has a "pick-up and drop-off" space at the hotel´s entrance. Feel free to use it, knowing that your car can NOT be left there for an extended period of time. Many of our guests find parking space in the blocks surrounding the Hotel and rest assure it is a very safe area.
NO SMOKING: WE ARE A NO SMOKING PROPERTY
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY AREA OF THE HOTEL. Any person smoking within the Hotel premises will be sanctioned with a $4000 MX Pesos ($"== USD) fine, in accordance with the provisions of the Estate Law, established in the REGLAMENTO DE LA LEY ESTATAL DE SALUD EN MATERIA DE PROTECCION A NO FUMADORES DEL ESTADO DE JALISCO.
