Property and Cancelation Policies :
Once the 50% deposit has been paid, the guest has the right to cancel the reservation up to 10 days before arrival. In this case, a full refund of the deposit will be made. After the 10-day period, no refund will be made.
Terms and Conditions
1) The outstanding balance for the reservation is due by 12 pm on the day following the check-in date. If the full amount has not been paid by then, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation for the remaining nights.
2) The guest is obliged to declare the exact number of people who will use the room. No guest has the right to give accommodation to another person, without the prior consent of the management. We reserve the right of admission.
3) Check-out time is at 10:00 am. If by 10:30 a.m. the guest has not checked out and late check-out was not explicitly solicited by the guest and approved by us, we reserve the right to transfer the guest's belongings to the luggage storage area.
4) Guests who park their vehicle on our premises should know that we are not responsible for damages or losses to their unit.
5) The guest undertakes to cover the cost involved in the repair or replacement of any object, furniture or material property that has been damaged or lost totally or partially, either due to carelessness or intentionally.
6) We are not responsible for the inconveniences that external service providers may cause to our guest.
7) Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the rooms.
8) We are not responsible for the loss of money or valuables or forgotten objects in the room or public areas, please take care of your belongings.
9) Guests accompanied by children must commit to ensuring that the latter do not disturb the rest of the other guests.
10) Guests must behave with decency and consideration, thus being prohibited from disturbing order, making noises that bother or annoy other guests.
10) No pets allowed.
11) We reserve the right of admission.
In the event that the guest fails to comply with the beforementioned terms, we reserve the right to terminate the contract, regardless of whether the amount of the room has already been paid. In this case, the guest will not be entitled to a refund.
