Property and Cancelation Policies :

Please look over the details of your reservation carefully to be sure it is correct. If you see an error, send us an email or call with corrections as soon as possible.

Our Cancellation Policy is 14 days in advance. Room rates are quoted at double occupancy. Our Maximum occupancy per room is 2 persons. We have a couple of rooms that will accommodate a 3rd person on a sofa bed. There is an additional $25 charge per night for the 3rd person, plus the additional breakfast cost.

Once you are inside our cancellation policy, no date changes are permitted once reservation is made.

Deposits are applied to the last night of your scheduled stay and forfeited if checkout is earlier than scheduled. We cannot refund or change reservation due to weather.

You will be billed $25 administration fee should you choose to cancel this reservation outside of our 14 day cancellation policy. Inside the 14 days you will lose your one nights deposit.

Terms and Conditions

Check out time is 11 a.m. unless previously arranged extra fees will apply for late check out.
We are a non-smoking property. Guests who smoke in their rooms will be charged a $250 clean-up fee to remove the odor on their credit card. Deposit policy: We require one nights deposit made at time of reservation.
Pets are not allowed in any rooms. Bringing a pet into the rooms will result in a $125 additional cleaning fee, forfeiture of monies paid and eviction from your room.
Highlands Inn is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables. Candles are prohibited in the Highlands Inn.
More than two persons iin a room will incur a $25 per person fee
There is a 50$ charge for room keys not returned
Early checkouts are not refunded. We cannot refund or change reservation due to weather.
