Reservations made through 3rd party platforms will be subject to the platforms cancellation policies and must be cancelled through that platform.

CAMDEN RIVERHOUSE HOTEL POLICIES
PARKING
On-site parking, located in front of the hotel, is limited to one vehicle per room. Extra vehicles may not be allowed to park in our parking lot. There is a public parking lot located behind the hotel.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of one night stay will be charged upon booking the reservation. Cancellations made up to 48-hours (2 days) prior to your arrival will have a $35.00 cancellation/booking fee.. Cancellations made with less than 48-hours (2 days) notice prior to arrival, or no-shows, will be charged room and tax for the entire stay booked. In the event you do not arrive on the confirmed arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and room and tax for your entire stay will be charged to your credit card. Departing early will be regarded as a last-minute cancellation, and the guest will be charged room and tax for the entire stay booked. Minimum stays and multiple room reservations are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy.
CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT TIMES
For your security, a photo ID is required upon check-in to verify your reservation. To ensure rooms are ready for our arriving guests, we ask that you adhere to our policy of 10:00 am checkout. Late check out fees will be applied after 10:00 am at $30 per hour. Checking out after 2:00 pm will result in another night stay being charged to your bill.
Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 10 a.m. If your room is vacant and clean prior to 3 pm, we will happily check you in early. However, we cannot guarantee an early check-in.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable and relaxing environment for both our guests and staff, the Camden Riverhouse Hotel is proudly 100% SMOKE FREE. We ask that all guests refrain from smoking in all rooms, balconies, and common areas. Guests may be asked to leave without reimbursement and assessed a cleaning charge ($250 minimum) if it has been determined that they have been smoking in their room or other areas of the Hotel.
RATES & OCCUPANCY
Rates are double occupancy. If there are more than 2 adult guests per room, there is a $25/night additional charge per person, 16 or over.Children under 16 stay free with their parent in the same room. Cribs are provided at no cost, cots are $20/night for anyone 16 or older.
DOG CHARGES
There no fees for guests traveling with dogs, but we do have limited 1st floor rooms designated as “dog-friendly”. Please call the hotel at 1-207-236-0500 to book one of our dog- friendly rooms. We allow a maximum of two dogs per room per night. We do not discriminate on size or breed. Prior approval is mandatory and a signed agreement is due at check-in. Dogs are allowed on the 1st floor only and guests will be fined a cleaning charge and asked to leave if they do not adhere to the 1st floor only policy.
