- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am
- Golden North Inn is a completely non-smoking facility. Any evidence (such as used cigarettes and tobacco/vapor residue or odor) that a guest or guest's visitor was smoking or utilizing a "smokeless" cigarette device (vaping) anywhere in the building, including the sleeping room will be subject to a $250 fee
- While cannabis is legal in the state of Alaska, we respectfully do not allow any use while on our property, including at designated smoking areas
- Regardless of billing or master account arrangements, guests are liable for any and all charges posted to the guest's room(s). Guest is further liable for all damages to the room(s) and all contents and any theft caused by guest(s) or guest's invitees during stay
- Should guest's plans require guest to adjust departure date, please check with the Front Desk on room availability, but note that guest's rate is subject to change. Please notify the Front Desk immediately if there are any errors to guest's name, rate or length of stay. Cancellations and reservation changes must be made 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one night charge
- Pets (dogs only) are allowed on property. Guests staying with pet in the room will incur a $20/day fee per pet
- Open flames are expressly prohibited. No candle burning, incense, smoking, or any other open flame
- All guests must be checked in at the front desk with legal ID. No overnight visitors are permitted without approval
- Disruptive behavior, public impairment, or aggressiveness towards guests or staff will result in removal from property
- $100 security deposit due at time of check in. Deposit is refundable if room and contents are left undamaged at time of check out
- There is not capacity for cribs at this property
- This property does not offer rollaway beds
