Property and Cancelation Policies :
Individual Bookings: Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in or there will be a charge for half the amount of the first changed or cancelled night. Cancellations or changes made under 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
Group Bookings: 1 month notice for cancellations; 14 days notice for changes; within 7 days of the arrival date a 50%-half charge for each amended reservation; cancellations or changes under 24 hours will incur the full rate for each reservation.
Terms and Conditions
As part of our check-in process a text message will be sent on the day of your arrival providing check-in details. If you have made a booking through Qantas Travel please call the Hotel on 02 590 81321 to provide your mobile phone number.
Our rates are NETT and Non-Commissionable to Travel Agents. All commission bills sent from Travel Agents who have made reservations through our website will not be paid. Travel Agents who wish to make a reservation must contact us directly via email or phone.
Mastercard, Visa, Eftpos and Cash are accepted. American Express is accepted, however a 2% service fee will be applied.
Credit Card details are taken to secure your reservation. Payment will be processed on Check In. Your text message containing check in details will not be sent until this payment is approved. Please ensure that your credit card details are up to date before the time of arrival.
The Houston is a Non-Smoking property. This includes both inside and outside Suites. We trust this will be respected for not only us but other guests staying at the hotel. If smoking is located in a guests suite, a $150 cleaning & deodorising fee will be charged.
We do not provide pet friendly accommodation at The Houston. If pets or evidence of pets are found in a guest suite, a $150 cleaning & deodorising fee will be charged.
Guests are liable for the cost of any damage inflicted on their suite or for any items taken during their stay. If this cost is below $150 we have the authority to automatically charge the filed card. If the amount is higher, our team will contact you with further information.
The Houston has a strict "No Party" policy.
The Houston endeavours to guarantee a specific room type when booked however reserves the right to modify the booked room type if required. We ensure to never down grade without advising.
