in the 1920s spreads the vintage vibe around the house; the Common area, common
kitchen, and living room are open for all guests to join in activities together.
The people in the house are considered a part of the BARN family, everyone
is willing to give a hand for help and never let you feel left out. The safety
and privacy are set high for BARN guests with the separated male and female
dorms, curtains for each bed and electronic keycards, and the peaceful garden
in between the buildings that keeps the guests away from outside noises. The
people who come here will experience the relaxing ambiance of 1920s style and
warm welcoming as much as you can call it home.
BARN 1920s is located in one of
the best neighborhoods; it is in heart of Vientiane city which provides you the
convenience of access to many local places. Such as the street food market which
is right in front of the hostel area. Center point, the famous community place
for the locals which is 2 minutes’ walk. On the same route, there is the Mekong
riverside that takes only 8 more minutes, and many more famous tourism places
that are within 10 minutes' walk. With only 70,000 thousand kips as the start
price, and regardless of being among the highest price-rated location for
exploring and traveling, making BARN 1920s own one of the cheapest stays in
Laos.
Besides the hostel, there is also a
coffee bar in the same building called Drip 1920s. The coffee is served in drip as its name and all handmade; from grinding the beans to the dripping process. Coffee comes in a variety of beans to choose from - Rwanda,
Indonesia, Brazil, Guatemala, Kenya, Ethiopia, Colombia, and Lao Paksong beans.
In order to keep the 1920s mood, the staff, including the hostel staff are
wearing 1920s style of outfits as well as the decorations in the shop. With all
