We kindly request that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival, especially if you plan to arrive after 22:00. For late arrivals, you will receive a code for the KeyBoy Safe at the entrance, provided you have notified us in advance.

Parking space for automobile up to 2,10m can be reserved for EUR 20,00/day (from 15h of arrival until 12h of departure day)
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply - http://wko.at/wknoe/tf/oehvb.pdf with the following deviations:
Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise agreed, individual bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
For group bookings (4 rooms or more), the cancellation period is 4 weeks.
Liability for Payments: Each guest is liable for their entire room bill. If a third party has made the booking, in the event of non-payment by the third party, the hotel guest is responsible for all outstanding payments.
Payments: We accept payments with debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, provided there are no technical issues with our Payment Provider (B+S Card Service). Minimum amount for credit card payment: 10 EUR.
In general, any amendment to these General Terms and Conditions requires written form.
