We are a private Uber B&B winery resort that is reserved exclusively only for our overnight guests and invited special events hosted by a guest. This exclusivity insures a secure unique experience for all.

Terms and Conditions
★ RECEPTION: Our reception is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, if you require check-in or check-out outside these hours, we ask that you notify us in advance.
★ ROOMS: We kindly ask you to respect the maximum of two (2) people per Suite and Junior room and four (4) people per Superior room. Additional individuals are$50 USD extra per person. Suite and Junior no more than three (3) people allowed, and Superior room no more than five (5) people allowed.
★ We remind you that at Palazzo del Valle we do not accept minors, and there aren’t any adapted rooms at Palazzo del Valle, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.
★ We remind you that we do not accept pets at Palazzo del Valle. (Unless you let us know you have a service pet).
★ CHECK-IN: Please let us know your arrival time. If required to enter the rooms before this time, an extra charge of $20 USD per room will be made for each extra hour with a maximum of two hours. Due to the cleaning and disinfection service, the room cannot be delivered before 1:00 PM.
★ CHECK-OUT: We remind you that the check-out time is at 11:30 AM. In case of leaving after this time, a charge of $20 USD per room Will be made for each extra hour, with a maximum of three (3) hours. After the third hour, you will be charged a full extra night. The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in a maximum of five workdays.
DINNER: Palazzo del Valle will offer special dinners for guests (pre-reservation required)
