Property and Cancelation Policies :
7 to 29 days prior to check-in: 30% of total booking before tax
1 to 6 days prior to check-in: 50% deposit will be kept

To make your stay as enjoyable and possible, please read our Policies below. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we will kindly advise.
In person check-in time is 3:30pm to 6 pm or prearrange a time with management. We would appreciate an ETA, if possible. A security deposit of CAD 250 will be held by credit card. Check-out 11am, no late check-outs possible.
ROOMS
There is only one bed (King or Queen) in each room and no capacity for cots or extra beds at this property. Maximum two (2) people per room. Our suites are fitted with ecological heating and cooling units. Our Teepees and B&B rooms are equipped with fans.
PARKING & LIABILITY
Limited pet friendly rooms. Pet Stay fee of $30 per pet, per night (capped at $120). Max 2 small dogs or 1 medium dog per pet friendly room. Service animals are exempt from fees
COMMON SPACES
June 15th through September 31st continental breakfast is served between 8 am to 10 am in the Dining Room. Common use of the indoor and outdoor kitchens is between 11 am and 10 pm. When using shared kitchens, guests are responsible to clean after themselves.This includes washing, drying, and placing dishes in a clean bin. If not respected, an extra fee of $100.00 will be charged.
ON SITE SERVICES
At this time we do not have a restaurant on-site. Our Sagebrush Yoga Studio which is accessible to guests for Yoga and meditation purposes. For guests wanting to use this space, or book a Yoga class please arrange with management a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
POOL & HOT TUB
Our pool is seasonal and Heated from May to September. Our Hot Tub is open year-round. Both Pool and Hot Tub hours are 9 am until dusk. Guests are required to pre-shower before use of the hot tub or pool. Upon the discretion of Similkameen Wild, the hot tub may need to be drained, cleaned and refilled during your stay.
OUTDOOR POLICIES
Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 9 am. Music is permitted on low volume during the day around the pool area. Similkameen Wild reserves the right to ask guests to lower or turn-off music. Smoking of tobacco and cannabis products are allowed in designated areas (outside fire pit locations only, smoking on room balconies and patios is not permitted).
PRICES & TAXES
On all bookings there is the industry standard 13% Hotel Tax. We aim to be the pinnacle of what it means to be a conscious accommodation provider. An Environmental Sustainability tax of 3% is added to all base rates before tax to help fund our conservation efforts. All direct bookings made after June 30th will be subject to a 10% cleaning surcharge due to inflation and fuel costs.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
FORCE MAJEURE
Upon the happening of a Force Majeure Event, Similkameen Wild agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts to work with the Guest to reschedule the date (based upon availability). If Similkameen Wild and the Guest are unable to mutually agree on a rescheduled date, normal cancellation policies will apply.
