Property and Cancelation Policies :
Standard Rate
- A 100% deposit is required for all direct bookings for secure and guaranteed reservations.
- For the process of refund it will take 90 working days for the total amount to be refunded to the account which is 3 months.
- The cancellation is free of charge 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
- 50% charge cancellation fee for 15 days before arrival then after this time we charge you 90% the room rate as cancellation fee and 100% for No-show.
- For non-refundable bookings are no cancellation charges possible. In case of cancellation, 90% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Special cancellation policy: free of charge up to 5 weeks prior to the arrival date. After this time charges may apply.
- Using medical records for cancellation of booking may allowed with the support of valid documents within 15 days prior to arrival.
Terms and Conditions
PANORAMA IS AN ONLY ADULT RESORT WITH ATWO PAX. PER ROOM MAXIMUM POLICY ·
- 100% Fullpayment required to all direct bookings for secure and guaranteed reservation.
- Standard check in time is 2:00pm, and check out time is 12:00 noon.
- No kids/extra person allowed.
- Strictly 18 years and above only.
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject for managers approval and room availability. ·
- Reception operations starts from 6am to 10pm everyday. Any other request beyond the given time would be entertained by security guard on duty.
- Booking reservation comes with complimentary breakfast for 2 and it starts on the second day after your arrival date until your check-out date. ·
Panorama guest/s must have a confirmed reservation that is booked online through mail and quote such confirmation number when making a claim and show it to front desk for confirmation. Claim must be made upon check in or within(2) days of the confirmed reservation booked online. ·
Panorama has packaged rates that includes taxes, meals, parking, services, used of hotel facilities and other amenities. ·
Panorama guest/s checking out early are required to settle all their bills, and any other request including food and transportation arrangement. It must be done the night before their check out not later than 10:00pm.
Panorama discounted and negotiated rates given by travel partners such as (corporations, Online travel agencies, local travel groups, private associations) or other rates are in discretion and specifically agreed by both parties.
food and beverage charges, resort fees, and any other fees or charges that may be incurred during the guest's stay will be collected upon check out. ·
Panorama has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the competing, This guarantee is subject to change or revocation at any time.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSITPOLICYY:
Incidental cash deposit of P2,000/guest is required. And it will be collected upon arrival and in case of non-consumption, it will be refunded upon check-out.
