On arrival between 10:00 and 14:00, we welcome guests personally in our guesthouse.
We will then be happy to familiarise you with our facilities.
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that date, it is no longer guaranteed and the room may be reassigned.
Reservation policy
All room booking requests must include the first name, last name and ID number of all adults occupying the room.
VAT of 10% is charged on all rooms.

Smoking guidelines
Breathe without problems. Our CasaLevante guesthouse is a non-smoking establishment only. This applies to both traditional methods and all electronic systems, including vapes, vaporizers, hookahs, electronic cigarettes, electronic pipes and all variations of the above, regardless of the name of the product. Smoking in the rooms or the presence of a strong and persistent odour in the rooms will incur a cleaning fee of €200.
The only area suitable for smokers is the terrace area on the top floor.
Damages
During your stay, the rooms and all facilities and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. CasaLevante staff are expected to be informed immediately of any damage to the building
You (the tenant) are financially responsible for all damage to the room. This also applies to damage caused by you (the tenant) or by negligent behaviour and actions of third parties. An inspection will be carried out on departure. The tenant is responsible for any damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear. In this case, a detailed damage statement will be sent to you immediately by e-mail or fax together with an invoice for the cost of repair or replacement. Please note that we will send you a notification of damage to the room after check-out.
Bookings
Please note that your booking is not complete and confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from reservas@casalevante.es.
Guidelines for minors
Parents of minors are at all times responsible for the actions of minors under their care during their stay at the hotel.

As it is an old building, it is not suitable for pets.
Room guidelines
We want you to have a great time when you're here. But if things get too crazy, we abide by the old rule "if you break it, you buy it" and property damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Any pre-existing damage or room problems should be reported immediately by email: info@casalevante.es or by phone on: xxxxxxx after arrival to avoid liability and possible charges.
Guidelines for the kitchen area
Please practice safe cooking habits; do not leave the fire unattended. Do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. A cleaning fee of up to €200 will be charged for persistent odours that require the room to be closed and deep cleaned.

Room cleaning is not provided during your stay. If you need clean towels or bed linen, you can contact the cleaning service directly or send an email to: info@casalevante.es
Safety guidelines for guests
Surveillance cameras are installed throughout the house and anyone entering our installations may be recorded. The hotel accepts no responsibility for any personal injury that may occur while using the house facilities. If you use the accommodation facilities, you do so at your own risk.
