Property and Cancellation Policies :
If you shorten your stay within 30 days of your original check in date you will be responsible for all the originally reserved nights. This includes shortening your stay at check in or after. If you shorten your stay more than 14 days prior to the original arrival date, you will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee per night, equal to one night’s charges plus tax, if applicable. There is no refund for early departures.

WECHARGE A ONE NIGHT NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION FOR EACHROOM. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, THE FULL AMOUNTOF THE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED. SHOULD YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE DATES OF YOURRESERVATION, YOU MAY DO SO IF YOU PROVIDE AT LEAST A 14 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TOARRIVAL, PROVIDED THERE IS AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

9 Bar W Cabins are non-smoking facilities. There is a $250.00/day minimum feefor smoking in any unit.
9 Bar W Cabins does not allow pets. Pets are not allowed on property. There isa $250.00/day minimum fee for having any pet on property.
Cooking is not allowed in any unit other than units with kitchen facilities.There is a $250.00/day minimum fee for cooking in a unit without kitchenfacilities. Kitchens in kitchen units must be left in a clean condition upondeparture. A fee of $50.00/hour will be charged to your card should the kitchennot be left in a clean condition upon departure (including washing dishes).
Themaximum occupancy for each unit is provided on each room description. Childrenare counted as guests; they do not stay free. The maximum occupancy is twoguests per bed (ex: maximum occupancy for single queen is two guests or single bed is one 1 guest). Should you misrepresent the size of your party and the number ofguests in your party exceeds the maximum occupancy of the unit, your reservationwill be cancelled, and you will be asked to leave. YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED INFULL FOR THE RESERVATION.

Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Summer office hours(April 15th thru November 5th)are 7:00am to 8:00pm. Off season office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm. Pleasecontact our office for late arrival.
Privacy Policies: The 9 Bar W Cabins takes every precaution to protect ourguest’s information. When guests submit sensitive information via the 9 Bar W Cabins website, the information is protected both on-line and off-line. Whenour registration/order form asks a guest to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected withthe best encryption software in the industry - SSL. Our servers encrypt all ofyour personal information including credit card number, name, and address so itcannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information on-line, we alsodo everything in our power to protect our guest's information off-line. All ofour guest's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, isrestricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform aspecific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservation specialist) aregranted access to personally identifiable information. Reserving a room at 9 Bar W Cabins is absolutely safe. We guarantee, with eachpurchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under theFair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 offraudulent charges. In the unlikely event you are subject to fraudulentcharges, as a result of making a reservation through our website, we will coveryour liability up to $50. This applies ONLY if the unauthorized use of yourcredit card resulted through no fault of your own while using 9 Bar W Cabinssecure servers, AND providing you notified your credit card provider inaccordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
All charges must be paid in full before access is given to the cabin. Guests hereby authorize the Agent to charge any expenses related to the repairs or cleaning of the unit beyond normal wear and tear or related to any theft or vandalism of any property from the unit to the guest's credit card on file. Property will be replaced at current retail value plus a USD $50 service fee. An inventory of the cabin is taken prior to check-in and after check-out. Upon arrival, we ask that you inspect the rental property and report any problems within 2 hours. If items are not reported within the allotted time, your credit card will be charged for any damages that are found at check- out inspection. Many of you will vacation with other couples, family members, or friends, but only one person signs the rental agreement. That person, the registered guest, is responsible for all facets of the rental agreement as outlined herein
