All our Cabins are cleaned from the recommendations by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and their recommendations and processes. Included in our operation and cleaning solutions we use. We clean, sanitize, and disinfect ALL surfaces after each guest rental. We maintain sanitary processes and we are doing our part in the protection of yourself, our staff, posed by the flu, common cold, and other illnesses.

Property and Cancellation Policies :
If you shorten your stay within 30 days of your original check in date you will be responsible for all the originally reserved nights. This includes shortening your stay at check in or after. If you shorten your stay more than 14 days prior to the original arrival date, you will be responsible for 50% Non-Refundable Deposit. If you reserve one-night stay, you will be billed 100% of the reservation, plus tax and this is non-refundable. There is no refund for late arrival and/or early departures.

WE CHARGE A ONE NIGHT NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION FOR EACH ROOM. IF MULTIPLE DAYS ARE RESERVED A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED. SHOULD YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE DATES OF YOUR RESERVATION, YOU MAY DO SO IF YOU PROVIDE AT LEAST A 14 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, PROVIDED THERE IS AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
NO 3RD PARTY RESERVATIONS AND/OR CHECK-INS PERMITTED.YOU MAY MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION FOR ANY REASON. A $50 MODIFICATION FEE WILL APPLY WITH ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ASSOCIATED TO THE MODIFICATION RESERVATION.
9 Bar W Cabins are non-smoking facilities. There is a $250.00/day minimum fee for smoking in any unit.
9 Bar W Cabins does not allow pets. Pets are not allowed on property. There is a $250.00/day minimum fee for having any pet on property.
Cooking is not allowed in any unit other than units with kitchen facilities.There is a $250.00/day minimum fee for cooking in a unit without kitchen facilities. Kitchens in kitchen units must be left in a clean condition upon departure. A fee of $50.00/hour will be charged to your credit card should the kitchen not be left in a clean condition upon departure (including washing dishes/pots & pans).
The maximum occupancy for each unit is provided on each room description. Children are counted as guests; they do not stay free. The maximum occupancy is two guests per bed (ex: maximum occupancy for a single queen is two guests or single bed is one 1 guest). Should you misrepresent the size of your party and the number of guests in your party exceeds the maximum occupancy of the unit, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be asked to leave. YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR THE RESERVATION.9 Bar W Cabins are privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service.We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be sure your valuables are secure.
Check in time is 4:00 PM (MST) and check out time is 10:00 AM (MST). SEASONAL office hours (April 15th thru November 5th, each year) are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Off-season office hours (November 6th thru April 14th, each year) are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you are going to be late arriving and/or need a late check-in, please contact our office 24-48 hours before the arrival date of reservation.
Privacy Policies: The 9 Bar W Cabins takes every precaution to protect our guest’s information. When guests submit sensitive information via the 9 Bar W Cabins website, the information is protected both on-line and off-line. When our registration/order form asks a guest to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. Our servers encrypt all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information on-line, we also do everything in our power to protect our guest's information off-line. All of our guest's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservation specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as anytime we add new policies, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our guest's information is protected. Reserving a room at 9 Bar W Cabins is absolutely safe. We guarantee, with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event you are subject to fraudulent charges, as a result of making a reservation through our website, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies ONLY if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using 9 Bar W Cabins secure servers, AND providing you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
All charges must be paid in full before access is given to the cabin. Guests hereby authorize the Agent to charge any expenses related to the repairs or cleaning of the unit beyond normal wear and tear or related to any theft or vandalism of any property from the unit to the guest's credit card on file. Property will be replaced at current retail value plus a USD $50 service fee. An inventory of the cabin is taken prior to check-in and after check-out. Upon arrival, we ask that you inspect the rental property and report any problems within 2 hours. If items are not reported within the allotted time, your credit card will be charged for any damages that are found at check- out inspection. Many of you will vacation with other couples, family members, or friends, but only one person Agrees to this rental contract/agreement. That person, the registered guest, is responsible for all facets of the rental agreement as outlined herein.
