All our Cabins are cleaned from the recommendations by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and their recommendations and processes. Included in our operation and cleaning solutions we use. We clean, sanitize, and disinfect ALL surfaces after each guest rental. We maintain sanitary processes and we are doing our part in the protection of yourself, our staff, posed by the flu, common cold, and other illnesses.

If you modify your stay within 30 days of your original check in date you will be responsible for all the originally reserved nights. This includes modifying your stay at check in or after. There is no refund for late arrival and/or early departures.

THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF THERESERVATION IS CANCELLED AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 30DAYS OF ARRIVAL, THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED.
SHOULD YOU NEED TO MODIFY THE DATES OFYOUR RESERVATION, YOU MAY DO SO IF YOU PROVIDE AT LEAST A 45 DAY NOTICE PRIORTO THE RESERVATION ARRIVAL DATE, PROVIDED THERE IS AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT GIVEREFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. THEMODIFICATION MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL NUMBER OF DAYS IN THE ORIGINALRESERVATION.
A $50 MODIFICATION FEE WILL APPLY WITH ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ASSOCIATED TOTHE MODIFICATION.NO 3RD PARTY RESERVATIONS AND/ORCHECK-INS PERMITTED. FEDERAL/STATE ISSUED PICTUREIDENTIFICATION MUST MATCH NAME ON ORIGINAL RESERVATION AND CREDIT CARD USED.
9 Bar W Cabins are non-smoking and non-vaping facilities. There is a$250.00/day minimum fee for smoking/vaping in any Cabin.
9 Bar W Cabins does not allow pets. Pets are not allowed on property.There is a $250.00/day minimum fee for having any pet on the property.
Cooking is not allowed in any unit other than units with kitchen facilities. Thereis a $250.00/day minimum fee for cooking in a unit without kitchen facilities.Kitchens in kitchen units must be left in a clean condition upon departure. Afee of $50.00/hour will be charged to your credit card should the kitchen notbe left in a clean condition upon departure (including washing dishes/pots& pans).
The maximum occupancy for each unit is provided on each room description.
Children are counted as guests; they do not stay free. The maximum occupancy istwo guests per bed (ex: maximum occupancy for a single queen is two guests orsingle bed is one 1 guest). Should you misrepresent the size of your partyand the number of guests in your party exceeds the maximum occupancy of theunit, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be asked to leave. YOUWILL ALSO BE CHARGED IN FULL FOR THE RESERVATION.9 Bar W Cabins are privately owned, and we reserve the right to refuse servicefor any violations stated above. We arenot responsible for lost or stolen items. Please be sure your valuables aresecure. If you inadvertently forget an item, we will be glad to mail it back toyou (at your cost) within a two-week period of your departure date. Otherwise,we will donate it to the local Social Services Offices.
Check in time is 4:00 PM (MST) and check out time is 10:00 AM (MST). SEASONALoffice hours (April 15th through November 5th, each year)are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Off-season office hours (November 6th throughApril 14th, each year) are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Ifyou are going to be late arriving and/or need a late check-in, please contactour office 24-48 hours before the arrival date of reservation.
