Check-In
You may check-in any time after 3PM by local time. We will meet you at the property to confirm check-in. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and pre-authorization for the resort has been received and approved. During the check-in process, our staff will provide you with any information which may be required during your stay. Always ask our staff for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient. 

Check-Out
You can check-out any time up until 11AM by local time. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is usually made after the check-out time, and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the property is occupied again.

Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found, and all trash should be appropriately placed in receptacles. Failure to do so may result in a higher cleaning fee.

Number of Guests
For every additional guest (ages 2+) there is a $150 per person/ per night charge after 20. Please bear with us as our automated booking system doesn't always provide accurate pricing regarding additional (over-capacity) guest fees. We encourage you to contact the property regarding bringing larger groups. 

Gas-Powered Activities
All Gas Powered Activities are available sun-up to sun-down. The Staff will be on hand to assist with the Go-Karts & ATV's. We do not condone the binge-drinking of alcohol while in conjunction with gas powered motorsports activities. At no time are guests allowed to utilize the ATV's or Go-Karts without a staff member present. Doing so will result in a fine.

Personal Use Vehicles
We do not allow the use of full sized vehciles or street vechiles on the track. In certain situations we allow invested drift car pilots to bring their own equipment. There is an application process for this opportunity. Cars must be caged and are subject to thorough tech inspections prior to use on the track. If this is an opportunity you'd like to apply for, you must contact the property prior. Additional charges do apply when bringing personal equipment to the resort. If you are interested in bringing an ATV/UTV to the resort you will also need to contact the property for approval, and again additional charges apply if approved. 

Damage & Safety Policy
We want you to have a great time while you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the a staff member immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded.

Firearms Policy
Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on resort premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws with respect to firearms. Subject to the following restrictions, guests of Little Talladega who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto resort premises, provided that the presence of the firearm on resort premises: is for storage purposes only; the firearm is and remains at all times unloaded; the firearm is and remains secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container, provided by the guest, while transported to or from the guest room and while stored therein; and the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in a locked guest room or locked personal vehicle, except when transporting the firearm to or from a guest room. Guests who fail to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the the premises, without refund. The resort premises are private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i) all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those possessing a valid license or permit to carry a firearm. The only exception to the restrictions described in this firearms policy statement is for law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.

Smoking Policy
Breathe easy. Little Talladega has designated outdoor smoking areas. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $200 room cleaning fee. 

Liability waivers must be signed upon arrival and before participating in motorsports activities. Additionally, no drifting or use of personal vehicles without prior approval. Please contact us by phone if this is something you're interested in.

Cancelation Policy
Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our staff are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:

• Full payment is taken at time of reservation.
• If the guest cancels more than 120 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. 
• If the guest cancels less than 90 days in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable or can be credited to a future stay subject to availability. 
• 60 Days prior to reservation the dates are unable to be modified or refunded.
• In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable
