Property and Cancellation Policies :
Reservation deposits, less a service charge of $30.00, will berefunded if cancelled more than 7 days in advance of arrival. If you must cancel within 7 days of arrival, please call. If we are able to re-book yourroom, we will refund your deposit less the $30.00 service charge. If we are unable to re-book your room, your deposit will be forfeited. Minimum cancellation fee one night if not re-booked. Early Departure Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your deposit payment. If we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit less the $30.00 service charge. If we are unable to re-book your room, we will require payment for the days reserved in full. Summer home rentals, group bookings, and weddings require sixty days’ notice for the $30 fee to apply otherwise the deposit is forfeited. We strongly recommend trip insurance to mitigate the impact of cancellation charges if some unforeseen event forces you to cancel your reservation.
