Ned's Landing at Spry Point

The former Inn at Spry Point has been completely gutted and renovated from a fifteen-bedroom Inn into Ned's Landing at Spry Point now we are seven two-bedroom self-catering apartments with full kitchen, dining, living room all with high end finish, set at the tip of Spry Point with thousands of feet of shore front. Five-minute walk to the beach, or wander our trails along the perimeter of Spry Point. Close enough to restaurants and services, far enough away to feel like you escaped. Five are two-bedrooms with two bathrooms ranging in size from 1248 to 1485 square feet. Two are two-bedrooms with two and one half bathrooms ranging from 1657 to 2056 square feet. All units have individual heat pump with AC and laundry with washer/dryer. Two (2) night minimum.

The Barn at Spry Point is located separately 400' to the north of Ned’s Landing apartments has five bedrooms and is either a Cottage for extended family and friends to share and enjoy as one unit, or it is a Hostel with private bedrooms (each with their own mini fridge/freezer) and two and one half shared bathrooms, common kitchen, dining, and living room. We are a five-minute walk to Sally's Beach Provincial Park. Three bedrooms on the ground level and two bedrooms on the upper level. One queen bedroom, two with two single beds, one double bedroom, and one with a three-quarter bed. Daily and weekly rentals available.
