Your receipt of this reservation acknowledges all terms. Upon check-in, your card will serve to cover any damages, or extra cleaning fees.  No refunds will be given for cancellations during holidays or course outing dates. Check-in will be directly at the unit. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m, but earlier check-in may be available.  Check out time is 11:00 A.M.  Late check out can incur charges of up to an additional night stay rate. Payment in full must be received  prior to your arrival.  No exceptions will be made.  2 bedroom villa - maximum of 4 people, 3 bedroom villa - maximum of 6 people, 4 bedroom villa - maximum of 8 people.  Sleeping bags, blow up mattresses, etc., not allowed.

For direct bookings, 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking, remaining 50% whether check or credit card must be received minimum 10 business days prior to arrival.
For web bookings, 100% payment due upon booking.  Cancellation policy applies.
The property reserves the right to charge an additional fee for payment by credit card.  
Sorry, no pets allowed, we may charge $200.00 per day for a pet brought on premises.  

All units are non-smoking.  A $100.00 charge will be assessed to clean after smokers.

Keys not returned will be charged $15.00 per key.

Total due is shown on the reservation page.  It is based on unit(s) rented, and total number of people on reservation.  Extra people will result in a full per person nightly charge.  We do not allow sleeping on couches, air mattresses, sleeping bags, etc.A downward revision in the number of guests will not change the total due.    

Red rags are provided under the kitchen sink for your use.  Please utilize these rags to clean clubs, shoes, etc.  Please do not use wash rags or towels for these purposes.  We cannot clean these towels and you will be charged for new towels.    We do not provide daily maid service.  You may request this service for a charge. Sorry, but garages are not available for use.  There is a very high fire danger in this area, please be extra careful with smoking materials outside, and do not discard hot bbq materials outside.  Thank you.We follow energy conservation practices, and ask that our guests do the same.  Please do not run the heat or the air conditioning with the windows open.  We reserve the right to close windows in this situation. We will be more than happy to accommodate late check out requests,  but check out time is 11:00 firm if there are guests checking in behind you.  We reserve the right to start cleaning at 11:01 a.m. in this situation.  We also reserve the right to charge an additional $75.00 per hour, or full days’ total at our discretion.Lodges of the Lakes and its’ management assumes no liability for cancellation of reservations due to loss of rental units due to fire, acts of god, removal from rental pool, sale of a unit, or any circumstance(s) beyond it’s control.  Customer shall be entitled to full refund of any deposit or fees paid towards lodging in these situations.

Your reservation is held by your credit card, and covers 50% non refundable deposit of total amount due.   Cancellations in writing made less than 60 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 100% of lodging amount, less tax. Reservation received and acknowledged
