Confirmed bookings may be cancelled if intimation in writing reaches the company as per the following terms :
- Cancellation Policy: All bookings can be canceled up to 24 Hours prior on the day of arrival, in case of cancellation the advance payment will be refunded back to the source account with 10-15 working days or a credit note can be issued with a validity of 90 days during which the booking can be reinstated as per the prevalent tariff on the revised date(We deduct a 5% transaction charge for all UPI & Credit / Debit card payments)
- All cancellations have to be either communicated to the hotel via an email on info@villaretreat.com or canceled directly via the booking channel.
- will be refunded with 10-15 working days. For the refund, if due, there will be a deduction of 5% transaction charge for all UPI & Credit / Debit card payments.
Force Majeure
- We understand that there is a scare about the Sars Covid 19 pandemic resurgence & keeping with the business philosophy of serene and stress-free experiences we proactively extend this courtesy to our guests. If there is any lockdown or government restriction on travel to Kodaikanal we shall be happy to either cancel & refund the advance payment done by our patrons towards securing their reservation or postpone the reservation to a future date of their convenience. The choice will be left with our patrons & guests.
Terms and Conditions
- In-room dining services are available at the resort.We take orders from 08:00 AM till 09:30 PM
- Non-occupants are not allowed to gather or visit the guests in Hotel.
- Experiential activities are part of our hotel. Interested guests are advised to carry sturdy shoes.
- Images shown on the website are strictly only for marketing and promotional purposes. The pictures of the views and surroundings are subject to weather condition and they may vary.
- There is a hospital right next to the hotel for any medical emergencies.
- Doctor-on-call available at the Hotel.
- Wi-Fi is available only in the lounge area and not inany rooms. As most of our rooms & the property surroundings are covered inlush green or have a view, we request our guests to connect to the nature.
- Room Heaters are provided on an extra charge of Rs.420/-.The heaters only operate from 7.00PM to 7.00AM.
- Guests must carry valid ID proof of all adults and children at the time of check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability
- Early check-in before 12.00pm is possible if the rooms are vacant on the time of your arrival. Or else you will have to wait in our lounge area or our lawn or you can visit the lake, park which are adjacent to our hotel till your room is ready at 12.00pm.
· Check-out extension is only possible if we do not have an arrival for your room on the day of your checkout. If we have a check-in on the same room on the day of your check-out, you will have to check-out at 10.00am sharp
Guests can enjoy meals at the restaurant during the following fixed hours:·
Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM·
Lunch: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM·
Dinner: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
All our accommodation are for double occupancy only.On request of triple occupancy, the following conditions apply:
- A third person will be charged Rs.1500/- aged 8 & above.
- Guests must carry valid ID proof of all adults and children at the time of check-in.
- The hotel does not provide an extra bed, but will provide extra mattress on the floor.
- As the room is double occupancy, the room is best comfortable for 2 people. With 3 or more people in the room, the rooms comfortability will be compromised.
