Our establishment offers the best rest service for our clients, since we do not offer parties, night bars or activities that affect the tranquility of our guests. Our rooms have private and shared bathrooms, air conditioning, amenities, towels and more. In our reception you will find the most complete tourist information of our city, such as tours, night activities, restaurants and shopping malls. We have a TV room with Netflix and PlayStation totally free.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Free cancellation before 6 months from the arrival date. Cancellation within 6 months before the arrival date of the reservation, will have a penalty of 50% of the total value of the reservation and before 14 days of the arrival date, the penalty will be 70% of the total value. Terms and Conditions
The hostel is open 24 hours, being at the complete disposal of our clients at any time.
At the time of check-in, the total stay is paid, if you want to extend it, go to reception to extend it with your corresponding payment.
The breakfast service is from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
We offer tours to all the attractions of the city, you can approach the reception for more information.
The check out time is at 12:00 pm. From that moment on, if you have not delivered your room, a charge is automatically generated for 40% of the value of the night.
We have a cellar to store your luggage.
The use of illegal substances is not allowed.
Colombian law does not allow smoking in rooms or closed spaces, there will be a fine of 200,000 pesos.
The room key must be returned upon check out or there will be a surcharge of 40,000 pesos.
The towels are returned upon check out, otherwise it will cost 40,000 pesos.
Cancellation of rooms are 14 days in advance.
Believer Hostel, provides the guest with the service of leasing a room and its accessories by paying the fees and prices in force at the time the service is provided and in accordance with the different plans.
The guest must observe a decent conduct. The Hostel will refrain from providing its services when the behavior is contrary to what is stipulated.
The guest undertakes to use the furniture, equipment and in general the facilities of the Hostel in an appropriate manner, keeping them in the state in which they are found and therefore will be liable for any damage or loss of the elements or goods of the Hostel even for slight fault. In case of total or partial loss or damage attributed to the guest, he will recognize the price set by the Hostel.
If you do not deliver to the Hostel the objects that the guest wishes to be kept in custody, it will be exonerated from all responsibility in case of loss, therefore, valuables such as jewelry, cameras, money, equipment or utensils that remain in the room or areas of service other than the one that the Hostel has for deposit, will be under the sole risk of the guest since in this case the Hostel does not assume any responsibility for loss or deterioration.
The Hostel fights against the illegal traffic of goods of cultural interest in Colombia according to the provisions of Law 397 of 1997.
The Hostel is against the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESCNNA) and child labor exploitation, in development with the provisions of article 17 of Law 679.
Accommodation advance payments.
Cancellation policy 14 days prior to the arrival date is free. Within 14 days it is not possible to cancel without charge. Cause of force majeure you can contact the reservations department. Any request or cancellation must be processed through an email sent to believerhostel@gmail.com
Check-In at 3:00 PM and Check-Out at 12:00 PM.
The Hostel offers lockers, it is not responsible for the loss of objects.
The Hostel is not responsible for damages caused by the laundry service.
The Hostel is not responsible for damages or accidents suffered by clients while they are inside the Hostel or take part in excursions and organized tours purchased through the Hostel.
The entry of alcoholic beverages is prohibited, if alcoholic beverages from a place other than the establishment are found in your possession, additional charges will be made to your account, the use of narcotics is not allowed in the Hostel facilities.
Visitors are allowed only in common areas of the Hostel until 10:00 PM.
It is not allowed to have sexual acts in the shared dormitories.
