Minimum age policy All guests must be 24 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at “The Lincoln Apartments”. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification. Hygiene protocol  Whilst stricter hygiene measures have been in place since the outbreak of COVID-19, we continue to review and raise our standards to be in-line with the latest research and recommendations from the World Health Organisation (WHO). This includes elevated deep cleaning procedures and strict hygiene checks in all areas. We have also activated a local response team, ensuring the readiness and preparedness of our hotels and resorts to welcome you again. Cancellation policy To deliver on our promise of supporting your travel plans during this global crisis, we have updated our policy as follows:

  1. If you have an existing booking with us, you can postpone your stay for up to 4 months
  2. If you have paid a deposit or made a payment to one of our hotels or resorts, we can transfer it to any property in our portfolio free of charge
  3. For any new reservations for stays before 12th April 2021, you can change your booking free of charge

Cancellations & Hotel Credit Please check the latest travel-restrictions to see possibilities of resuming your travel. We trust that you have carefully considered your travel options before cancelling. Your credit may be denied if cancelled without valid cause/reason.  1. Please request HOTELCREDIT by e-mail to Add short reason for cancellation- Add reservation number- Add reservation name- Add original arrival and departure date- if available, provide dates for future visit (later is still possible) 2. Wait until your reservation is cancelled. You will receive a hotel Credit voucher in your personal e-mail address.
TERMS OF HOTEL CREDITS Validity- Hotel credit is a credit based on value in GBP/£ currency- Hotel credit is exclusively applicable on DIRECT hotel reservations- Credits are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash- Credit is primarily for personal use, but also available to direct family members. (i.e. partner & child)- Credit that is not fully utilized for a reservation will lose its excess value- Credit does not apply on additional services that normally requires a surcharge (for example: breakfast, bikes etc.) Reservation- New reservation must be placed within 1 year from initial stay-date.(New stay-date can also be for further periods)- Credit can only be applied for 1 continuous stay.- Minimum length of stay may apply for high demand dates- If new stay dates have higher rates, additional payment may be required.
COVID-19 POLICY Guests who have been exposed to COVID-19, displayed COVID-19 symptoms(fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat) should find lodging elsewhere. For the safety of long-term guests and employees, The Lincoln Apartments are not offering respite rooms at this time. Should you fall ill during your stay, please notify staff so we can block your room for hazard cleaning upon your departure and connect you to any medical resources you may require. 
  Your reservation is guaranteed until on the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within 5 days after we have confirmed your reservation. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the PRE-PAYMENT DEPOSIT. Wewill send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately aftercancelling your booking.  Standard BookingPrice The standardbooking price includes the following: -All taxes-Utilities (water, gas andelectricity) -Internet and Cable TV usage -Towels, bed linen and hairdryer-Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning is available upon requestfor extra charge of £20 pounds) - All apartment amenities and facilities asmentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence.   Reservations canonly be taken and confirmed by making an advance payment of 20% or 100% of thefull rental amount. This can be paid using debit and credit cards, banktransfer and PayPal (online).  We will processyour booking within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note, yourbooking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation emailfrom Check-in at  15:00  You can check-inany time from 3PM by local time. Room/Apartment keys will wait for you insidethe room. PLEASE NOTE that the main entrance is coded, and the code will begiven to you the day before your arrival. Exit through the main door isachieved by pressing the large green button, on the right hand wall underneaththe fire alarm panel. The balance of thefull apartment rental amount is payable on arrival prior to check-in time.PLEASE NOTE that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and securitydeposit pre-authorisation for the room/apartment has been received andapproved.  An apartment key isprovided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled. Thecost of any replacement keys needing will be £30.00 and taken from thedeposit.  Inside theapartment there is a welcome pack which will provide you with any informationwhich may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, greatrestaurants, pubs and, sights you may like to see, places to go at night, etc. Donot be afraid to ask your hosts for anything that would make your stay moreenjoyable and convenient.  Check-out at 11:00 hrsYou can check-outany time up until 11am by local. Later check-out times may be requestedalthough we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will dependon availability and on how busy we are. A small charge will apply as we willhave to reschedule our cleaners.  Atcheck-out time please leave  keys insidethe door of the apartment.  Please note that amore detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again. The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3workdays, but sometimes only in a 15-21 day period. The security deposit/pre-authorisation is not held by The Lincoln Apartments and we do NOT charge your credit card.  Please be aware that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment.    Extending Your Stay After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay(depending on availability)by simply letting us know before you arrive. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar apartment should this be necessary.  Cancellation Policy for ”Standard rate” Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following: • If the guest cancels more than 14 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. ·       If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the 20% prepayment is non-refundable. ·       If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.·       In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.·       There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following·       All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled. Cancellation Policy for “Non-refundable rate”• The total price of the reservation will be charged right away after booking and is non-refundable.  NON-SMOKING Policy In our entire short-stay apartments and rooms smoking is not allowed. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. By accepting the terms of this agreement you agree to a £250 pound fine if ANY evidence of smoking is found in the apartment, or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms. Please note that we comply with the local health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the EEC on smoking in public places.    Please Note Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if: ·       More guests stay in the property than agreed.·       Excessive noise is made in the evening hours or at night.·       Drug taking on premises.·       Sub-letting the property you have rented (or giving it to other people).The number of people residing in the apartment should be the same as confirmed in the booking. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested. A £20.00pounds charge for each additional guest per night will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the apartment.·       The Lincoln Apartments does not allow any pets within the premises. A £250.00 pound fine will be claimed if pets will be accommodated in the apartments.·       Apartments are located in a residential building in Lincoln city centre. All our guests are asked to respect the property and privacy of the neighbours and to not make any excessive noise between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00. This rule is applied as per the UK Residential Buildings Law so any late and loud partying is not, unfortunately, permitted. The Lincoln Apartments is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things at the premises. Damages during your stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to The Lincoln Apartments staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the apartment. You (The Tenant) is financially responsible for any damage to the apartment. This includes losses caused by you (The Tenant) or a third party negligent actions and behaviour. Asummary check will be made of the apartment check-out time. However, a moredetailed review of the condition of the apartment and all equipment andfacilities will be made soon after check-out and before another guest occupiesthe apartment. The Tenant is responsible for any damages or breakages foundthat are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. In this case, a detailedstatement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement costwill be sent by email or fax immediately.   Any costs will bededucted from the deposit immediately if this is still possible. Any costs willbe claimed by return if they are greater than the deposit or where the deposithas already been returned. Please note, immediate notification after check-inof any damages to, breakages in or issues with the apartment is expected. TheLincoln Apartments can then take any necessary action to resolve any issues andmake sure all the equipment and facilities are working and provided asexpected.   Damage deposit isfully refundable upon check-out and subject to damage inspection of theaccommodation. The deposit must be paid upon check-in, in cash or by creditcard, along with a balance and is fully refunded at the check-out if theapartment is in good order and the company does not have any claims). The costs ofdamages or cleaning beyond what would be expected after responsible usage ofthe apartment will be deducted from the deposit, and the refunded amount willbe the remainder of the damage deposit.
