No Smoking:
The property is strictly no smoking inside the rooms and building. If smoking is request you must tell the staff and ash trays will be provided for smoking on decks and patio.

Payment:
Full payment is required on check in day.
All guests required to confirm check in time.

Travelling with Minors:
Each room is a large Queen room for 2 adults. 
Minors under 3 yrs can stay and a cot can be provided at $50/night
Minors over 3 yrs need to be negotiated , a double sofa bed can be provided for $50/night per child

Accessibility:
Both rooms are on the ground floor, there are 3 steps onto the deck for the front room, and 2 steps for the Ensuite room.

Parking:
There is ample free parking on Riding Rd at the front of the property.

The personal information collected is only used by Balmoral Queenslander staff for the purposes defined at the time of the collection or a use that complies with these purposes. We do not share your information with any third parties.
