- Overselling policy: in the event that the hotel cannot provide the lodging service, the hotel alone and without prior notice will find suitable alternatives equal to or greater than the contracted services, to provide the contracted service.
- Cancellation policy: any cancellation will be subject to the cancellation terms of the type of rate purchased by the client.
