Only clients over 18 years of age can reserve a room at Mestizo Hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel you will be asked for a credit card, and the guest's authorization to be able to charge any consumption made within the hotel facilities, in case you do not make the payment within your stay.

Room keyIn case of loss of the key, the amount of Q100.00 will be charged payment note that your credit card will be charged with the amount of your stay at the time of making the reservation through the website or any of the reservation partners. At Check In you will be asked for identification (Passport or DPI). We work with an account system, if you wish to have an account, we will keep your identification document until you check out and pay your account.

You can continue consuming after checking out in the hotel areas, paying in cash or with credit card. All rates include local taxes (12% VAT and 10% tourism). We accept Visa and Mastercard and cash (Quetzales, Dollars). Pets out of consideration for allergic guests. We give one parking without charge, in our hotel.
Admission and permanence in the hotelIf the client does not comply with the established rules of coexistence, Mestizo Hotel will remove the guest from the facilities. In this case there will be no refund of any payment.

In the event that either party is unable to perform the obligations of the terms of this agreement due to acts beyond the control of both such as, for example, terrorism, extreme weather, labor strikes, transportation interruption, outbreak of disease, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, such party shall not be liable for any damages caused to the other party. In this event if the reason can be demonstrated by the guest, a voucher will be recognized for what has been canceled for future use.
Responsability: We are not responsible for loss or damage to guests' property or injuries to guests. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property during your stay, but we will always put your safety first. In no case will we be responsible for claims, penalties, losses, damages, or expenses.

Security Boxes Safety boxes are available in the room to store your valuables if you don't want to bring them around while you're away.
Food and alcohol outside food and alcohol are not allowed. We dont have a restaurant and bar. We have free drinking water available for our guests.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, nor in the closed areas of the hotel. Yes, smoking is allowed in the patio and on the Terrace. Drugs any guest caught using illegal drugs on the premises will be asked to leave and their money will not be refunded. Depending on the circumstances, we may contact the police if deemed necessary.
