Hephzibah House is a Christian guest house, providing affordable accommodations to people employed in full-time vocational Christian ministry and their families. Located in a historic brownstone on Manhattan's Upper West Side, Hephzibah House provides a beautiful and peaceful setting for guests in the heart of NYC.
Before you book a reservation:
> You must be employed in vocational Christian ministry to stay here (your family is welcome as well). When you book, you will be asked to provide information about your ministry work, which our staff will review before confirming your reservation. Upon booking, you will receive a "Pending Reservation" email. After the review of your ministry credentials and approval by our staff, you will receive a "Confirmed Reservation" email.
> You must plan to check in between 1pm and 8pm on your arrival date. Once you have your key there is no curfew- come and go as you please!
Also important to know:
> Bathrooms on each hall are shared between guests; bedrooms are private to you and those in your travelling party
> Unfortunately we have no elevator, so be prepared to navigate stairs with your bags.
> Our rooms are priced based on capacity (single/double, etc) and number of stairs you have to climb- the higher the floor, the lower the room rate!
> Free WiFi access throughout the building
> Coffee and tea served in the parlor each morning, and many breakfast options are just steps from our door
> Linens and towels are provided, but we do not provide new linens each day. This cost saving measure keeps HHouse as affordable as possible.
