Property and Cancelation Policies :
Sturgis Rally Reservation Cancellation Policy: Reservations made during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally cannot be cancelled or refunded once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
Deposit Policy: All reservations require a credit card deposit of 50% of stay at time of booking.
Terms and Conditions
Reservations made for the 2025 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally must be paid in full by May 15, 2025. A signed contract is required for all reservations staying anytime between August 1st and August 11th, 2025. The contract will be emailed within 48 to 72 hours after the reservation is made. If the contract is not signed within 72 hours of receiving the contract from the Hotel Sturgis, the reservation will be canceled.
Rates do not include tourism, occupancy, city, and state taxes.
All reservations are to be paid in full at check in.
We do not provide your personal information to any third parties. Personal information provided to the Hotel Sturgis will be kept confidential and will only be used by the Hotel Sturgis to support customer relationships.
Must be 18 years of age or older to stay at the Hotel Sturgis without an adult.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee and in designated rooms only.
Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm. Late check-in is available until 2 am at a neighboring business across the street from the Hotel Sturgis. Guest arriving later that 2 am must contact the front desk prior to closure for instructions.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, and the burning of candles or incense is not allowed on any of the private balconies or inside the rooms. A fee of $250 will be charged if it is discovered that smoking occurred in any room or on any of the private balconies.
All rooms have additional sleeping areas in a loft above the bathrooms. Please exercise caution when climbing the stairs into the loft. Small children should not be left in the loft unsupervised.
Daily housekeeping is not provided, but may be requested for stays longer than three nights. Fresh towels and the removal of trash will be done every other day for stays longer than 2 nights.
