There is a 2-day non-refundable cancellation notice period only for Daily Refundable Rate customers. Monthly, weekly and daily discounted rates are only available if the stay is completed, and are not refundable. Early cancellation will result in unused days being forfeited and no refund for the unused days.
Terms and Conditions
A damage deposit of CAD 100 will be required upon reservation via phone call, email, or arrival. Smoking is prohibited in all renovated rooms with rooms on the ground floor. A special cleaning fee of $200.00 will be imposed on guests violating non-smoking rules. Non-consumable hotel items in the rooms are priced on the pricelist, any missing, damaged, or stained items will be charged accordingly. I agree that the deposit can be used to offset any fees or damages. If you foresee that you may stain the towels, please ask for clean brown towels instead.

Regardless of the payment arrangement, I/We agree that my/our liability for this bill is not waived and further agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay. If there is any dissatisfaction with the room, please inform the front desk immediately within 10 min of check-in and not mess up the room, otherwise, any change of rooms will not be entertained. By staying beyond 10 minutes, the guest(s) have implicitly expressed acceptance of the condition of the room. I/We also agreed payment was not made for my reservation, and if I/we did not show up upon the check-in date the hotel would deduct my deposit to cover losses.
The normal Check-In time 3PM-9PM, and the latest Check-Out time is at 11AM. Arangements outside the normal check-in and out timing, are subject to availability and can be made at applicable one-time charges of $20. Pets are allowed and subjected to a daily $20 cleaning charge.
