- 15 days or less cancellations prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of reservation.
- No shows will be charged the full reservation.

Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of 1 night's stay.
A second charge of the balance of your stay will be made upon arrival. No cash accepted onsite.

Reservations
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. The property has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking. Must be 18 or older to book. Same day bookings available until 11:00am.

Self check-in with personalized pin (assigned by host). Late check-out available upon request (fees apply).

Prices and Taxes
Book direct for guaranteed best prices. Room rates are subject to change. All rooms are subject to a 9% sales tax collected by the City of Spokane.
Smoking
Breathe easy. We are a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a significant room cleaning fee.

We love your furry friends, but sadly we are not able to accommodate pets at our property.
