Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Guests can cancel their reservation for FREE within 48 hours of booking.
- The first night stay is collected when booking, an will be used as a security deposit confirming your reservation.
- Canceling after 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, unless the reservation is transferred to another date.
- The remaining balance will be processed 7 days prior to Check-In. Refunds are not available 7 days prior to check in unless medically necessary.
- Failure to check in on the arrival date will result in charges for the entire stay, including taxes and credit card fees.
Terms and Conditions
HOUSE RULES: Failure to comply with these rules will lead to eviction and forfeiture of your entire rental costs. By entering our property, you and your guests agree to adhere to the following house rules.
- No pets allowed-$300 cleaning fee if pet is found on property
- Maximum of six registered guests per cabin, including children.
- Four non-registered guests per cabin are allowed on the grounds, but must leave the property by 8 pm.
- Two parking spaces are allowed for each cabin.
- This is a Smoking Free Property - smoking in cabins or on deck is prohibited- Smoking is only allowed around the fire pits
- The entire property, except the inside of your cabin, is shared space, common courtesy is required.
- No parties or events are allowed unless approved by owner.
- Maximum 30 person on the deck.
- Quiet time is 10 pm.; Excessive noise is not permitted.
- Climbing on railing or tree is prohibited.
- Drunken or aggressive behavior is not allowed.
- No propane cooking or heating devices of any kind on deck, and no fire works on property.
- Glass containers prohibited and at the river. Please help keep our river clean and trash free.
- All activities in river are at your own risk, and Life jackets must be worn while using boats, kayaks, or canoes.
- Diving off dock or riverbank is prohibited.
- Read the instructions that are posted near the floating dock prior to use.
