Terms and Conditions

(1) Booking Policy: Bookings are not secured until a 50% deposit of the accommodation cost is received by our office. Deposits must be received within 7 days of booking. Full payment for accommodation must be made upon arrival. Guests will only be checked in upon full payment for the accommodation.

  • Prior to your arrival, please scan or fax a copy of the Proof of Payment to Fax number (+267) 6800355, OR email to reservations@lahahotel.com OR WhatsApp us at (+267) 73804666. Please note that on the check-in date, LAHA HOTEL will hold your reserved room until 6pm if its a same day booking (i.e. 6pm Release). However, if you guarantee by paying for at least one night’s accommodation, we will keep your room all night (i.e. All Night Guarantee).
(2) Cancellation Policy: If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
(3) Stolen Or Damaged Property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
(4) Smoking Policy: ALL ROOMS ARE STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
(5) Check-In & Check-Out: Extra charges will be levied to check-outs later than 11:00 AM. CHECK-IN TIME IS 1400HRS AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00AM; PLEASE INFORM OUR RECEPTION IF YOU WANT TO RETAIN YOUR ROOM BEYOND THIS TIME, EXTENSION WILL BE GIVEN DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY.
Keys should be left by the Reception when leaving the premises and/or checking out. Loss of the key will be charged P100.00.
