As soon as the free cancellation policy expires, we will charge your credit card for the full amount, please ensure you have the credit card provided with you at check in. Payment for the city tax will be made upon arrival. Please contact us by phone or email if you need to update your credit cards from what you originally provided.
We accept payment in cash or card, please note Switzerland does not use the EURO currency, although it is accepted in most places you likely will get a stronger rate when paying with your credit card or you exchange your currency to Swiss Francs at a bank or a currency exchange location.
