Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.

The late check-out option is only available when other calendar bookings allow. Please ask for details.
Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% is refundable.
Terms and Conditions
TCI Residents' Staycation Rate is restricted to Turks and Caicos Islands residents ONLY. Proof of domicile will be required upon check-in.
All rates include a housekeeping service every 3 days for longer stays (4 days +). All Beach Chairs and Beach Towels MUST be left in Cottage/Villa on Checkout. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for unreturned Chairs and $60.00 for Beach Towels.
Nightly rates are Plus 22% tax (Govt 12% + Service Charge 10%)
Guests must be at least 18 to check in without an adult.
Complimentary parking is available.
