Dear guests,Thank you for choosing PRANA HOME for your stay. We welcome you to our facilities and wish you an unforgettable experience in our GEODESIC DOMES, enjoying GLAMPING. PRANA hOMe has 3 geodesic domes: 2 domes of 6 meters (Ananda and Shanti) with an area of 28 m2 for 2 people, and 1 dome of 7 meters (Kula) with an area of 39 m2 for 4 people. Each dome includes a private full bathroom, king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, and a private terrace with a jacuzzi. PRANA hOMe is a family project designed to offer its customers a unique Glamping experience, prioritizing a peaceful atmosphere and respecting the privacy of each guest.Reservations:
- All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm a reservation at PRANA hOMe.
- The reservation is guaranteed by the payment of 100% and must indicate the names of the guests.
- No additional guests will be accepted without prior authorization from PRANA hOMe.
- PRANA hOMe may cancel the reservation if it does not receive 100% of the deposit within 24 hours of the request.
- Changes or cancellations must be notified by email or WhatsApp with at least 14 days' notice.
- Cancellations with more than 14 days will entitle a refund of 100%, less than 14 days will entitle a refund of 50%, and less than 7 days will result in the total and non-refundable charge.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM until 9.00 PM and check-out is from 7.00 AM until 12:00 PM.
- Damages and liabilities: The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the dome, furniture, equipment, and internal and external accessories due to excessive behavior and negligent actions. A detailed review will be conducted after the guest's departure.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the dome and inside the SPA Jacuzzi. This prohibition also includes vaporizers and other electronic cigarettes. If smoking outside, please ensure not to disturb other guests, carefully extinguish cigarette butts, and do not litter on the property or outside. We want to draw your attention to the fact that a poorly extinguished and negligently discarded cigarette butt can be the cause of a fire, especially in the summer when the vegetation is dry and the breeze is frequent.
- Behavior: Referring to the philosophy of PRANA hOMe, excessive noise and inappropriate behaviors that affect other guests and neighbors at any time of the day and night are not allowed. The guest who violates this provision will receive a warning. If the guest does not immediately change their behavior, PRANA hOMe will terminate the reservation and proceed with the eviction from the property.
- Minors: Minors stay in the 7-meter dome with extra cost. Minors up to 3 years old can stay with their parents in the 6-meter domes, provided they bring their own baby bed.
- Pets: PRANA hOMe does not allow pets on the property.
- Use of the kitchen: The kitchen in our domes is not adapted for the preparation of large volumes of food with strong and persistent odors. We recommend not leaving the stove unattended when cooking.
- Use of the Jacuzzi: For your safety, we recommend not using the Jacuzzi if your health does not allow it or if you do not feel physically fit. For your safety, we recommend not consuming alcoholic beverages while using the Jacuzzi. Smoking and eating inside the Jacuzzi are not allowed. PRANA hOMe will not be responsible for any damage caused by the misuse of the Jacuzzi.
- Parking: We recommend locking your vehicle when parked and not leaving valuables inside. PRANA hOMe will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to your vehicle within our facilities.
- Accidents and liability: PRANA hOMe is not responsible for personal injuries incurred during the use of the dome facilities and external areas.
