Left Coast Lodge (formerly Sisters Motor Lodge) is located in the heart of beautiful Sisters, Oregon. The only motel in the downtown area where you can walk to all the restaurants, galleries, and shops. Our rooms have been thoughtfully decorated to create a space that is welcoming and comfortable. We have increased our cleaning protocol and each room opens directly to the outdoors. Many rooms also feature a private balcony or patio, and with nearly an acre of outdoor space, we invite you to relax and soak in the many views available from the grounds. Property and Cancelation Policies :
We want you to come and enjoy Sisters with us, but we also understand that things change. If you cancel outside of 24 hours (3pm on the day prior to your check-in date), you'll be able to walk away with no charges-we will see you next time you come! If you cancel within 24 hours prior to your check-in date and time, your card will be charged 50% of your booked reservation plus taxes and a $35 processing fee. If you cancel after 3pm or are a no show on the day of your reservation you will be charge for 100% of your stay. If your stay was designated as non-refundable when you booked it, your reservation will remain non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time. If your stay was booked for a special event and you cancel outside of 30 days of your check-in date, you'll be able to walk away with no charges.
A 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be collected 30 days prior to special event reservation
If you cancel within 30 days of a special event reservation your card will not be refunded deposit 

Terms and Conditions



  • $35 pet fee is charged per reservation/room for a single pet ($50 for cats & you’ll need to provide a litter box)
    • Per reservation (not nightly)
  • An additional $20 per reservation/room will be applied for a second pet
  • Only ADA protected service animals are exempt from pet fee charges. Service Animals must wear their government-issued vests while on property
    • Emotional Support Animals DO NOT qualify as service animals according to the ADA
  • A minimum fee of $250 is subject to be charged if the following is violated:
    • Unclaimed pet(s) for reservation upon booking and/or check-in. 
    • Do not permit your pet to get on the bed coverings or the furniture. If additional cleaning is required for bedding, carpeting or furniture, or if any damages are incurred due to your pet
    • No more than two pets may stay in any quest room without prior approval of management. 
    • Left Coast Lodge reserves the right to refuse housing of any pet at its sole discretion for any reason. If a complaint is received about a noisy or aggressive pet, the owner will be contacted. If the problem persists the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the property and receive no booking refund.  In the event that the Lodge incurs any loss of business due to noise complaints, a commensurate loss  fee will be applied to your guest account.
    • Guests take full responsibility for any damage caused by or liability arising from their pet to any person, the guest room or any other area of the property 
    • Pet may not be left alone on the property or in the rooms at any time unless management approves in advance.. Please contact our team (541-549-2551).
    • Payment of the initial pet fee does not release a guest of any of the above policies being violated
    • All related violations of the above pet policy will be billed directly to your guest account and are non refundable 
 Why do we charge a pet fee?
  • Pets are great to travel with, but they don’t clean up after themselves. We spend extra time cleaning each room after a pet stays to make sure they are cleaned to our impeccable standards. We want guests traveling with or without pets to feel like they are staying in a perfectly clean room every time they stay with us.
 Additional reminders for all pet parent:
  • In consideration of other guests, please clean up after your pet(s) everywhere on our property. There are complementary waste pick-up rakes/shovels around the property as well as garage bins throughout to be used for your pet waste. 
  • Pet(s) must remain in your control at all times, either on a leash or in a carrier if outside your room (excluding fenced in dog run area)

SMOKE-FREE Property: 
No smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in rooms or on the property. Guests will be charged a $250 cleaning fee for smoking in the room. 

Covid Precautions:
  • Contact-free check in and check out – everything you need will be over email and phone
  • Key code access to enter rooms (instead of physical keys or key cards). 
  • Guests can text guest services, should they have any questions or need anything during their stay
  • Staff does not enter guest rooms during stays, unless requested by guest 
  • 24-hour blocks between guest reservations, allowing ventilation and enhanced cleaning
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocol between every guest

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay.  Left Coast Lodge reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge or debit the credit /debit card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Left Coast Lodge as a result of the aforesaid.  Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee,  guest compensation, etc.  We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Guest Rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.
DAMAGE TO ROOM:  Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charge at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room.  Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.  In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.
Left Coast Lodge reserve the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers.  Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and will be evicted from the hotel.  Depending on the severity of the guest actions, law enforcement may become involved at the hotel’s discretion.  Should the fact that fire-fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.
