Late Check-out/ Trảphòng trễ:
- From 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM: 30% room rate 1 night
- Từ 12:00 PMđến 03:00 PM: 30% tiền phòng 1đêm
- From 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM: 50% room rate 1 night
- Từ 03:00 PMđến 06:00 PM: 50% tiền phòng 1đêm
- After 06:00 PM: full charge for 1 night
- Sau 06 PM:00: 100% tiền phòng 1đêm

- Trẻ emdưới 6tuổi: miễn phí tiền phòng vàăn sáng, ngủ chung giường với bố mẹ (tối đa miễn phí 1 trẻ/phòng, trẻ thứ hai trởlên phụ thu VND150,000/trẻ/đêm)/
Under 6 years old: free of charge for accommodation and breakfast, sharingbed with parents. (maximum 01 children per room, the second child will becharged VND150,000/ child/night)
- Trẻ emtừ 06đến dưới 12 tuổi: phụthu VND 150,000/trẻ/đêm/
Children from 06 to under 12 years old: surcharge VND150,000/pax/night, sharing bedwith parents.
- Trẻ emtrên 12 tuổi: phụ thu bằng người lớn VND300,000/trẻ/đêm/
12years old and above: considering as adult, VND 300,000/ child/night.
- Extra Bed: VND 500,000/giường/đêm/ Extra Bed: VND 500,000/bed/night
4. Payment Policy applied with booking under 5 rooms :
- Full payment is required by the check-in date (exceptin case we have a credit agreement)
- The deposit will be required in case ofhigh season.
-The bank fees (transfer fees and correspondencefees are on the sender)
With booking from 5 rooms:
- The deposit of 30-50% depends on the booking volume.
- Full payment is required by the check-in date(except in case we have a credit agreement)
- Payment methods accepted: cash, banktransfer, credit cards, and e-wallets such as Momo and Zalopay.
