The Three P Beach Resort is a family-owned and operated resort located on Romblon Island, Philippines (main island). It is a popular destination for divers and underwater macro photographers from all over the world. The resort is situated on a quiet mangrove tree beach and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. All 10 rooms and cottages are spacious and comfortable, and all have private bathrooms, air conditioning, marble floors, a large camera table with a charging area, extra-large beds, internet (Starlink) and hot water. The resort also has a restaurant, and a dive shop.
The Three P Beach Resort is known for its excellent diving. The waters off Romblon Island are home to a diverse array of marine life, including countless rare marine species. The resort offers a variety of diving packages for underwater photographers and fun divers.
In addition to diving, there are many other activities to enjoy at The Three P Beach Resort. Guests can go snorkeling, hiking, touring, or simply relax in the resort or at one of the nearby beaches. Massage service, island hopping tour and Romblon explorer tours are available upon request.

BOOKING/RESERVATION
By making your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract between you and us. Your booking will be confirmed upon full payment of the room rate (and any requested transfer services). Other services can be paid on site.
RATES
All rates are charged per room (not per person) based on 1 or 2 guests per room (unless you are booking a room for 3 to 4 guests).
Additional guests can share the room for an extra fee if booked and agreed on prior to arrival. You can find a full list of all our rates on our website, in the main building, and in your room.
BOOKING/PAYMENT
Deposit: All online bookings made through our booking engine require a 100% deposit of the room total (plus optional transfer services). Diving services and meals can be paid at the resort.
Invoice: We will provide you with an invoice. The total payable amount is due on the departure day.
Payment: The balance can be paid upon check-in or check-out by cash (Philippine Peso, US Dollar, Euro), GCash, PayPal, Maya or bank transfer.
Please note that all digital payment options might come with an additional service fee charged by your bank or service provider.
The Three P Beach Resort cannot cover the banking and service fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
25% cancellation fee: Cancellations made within 60 to 31 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 25% cancellation fee (based on the total amount).
50% cancellation fee: Cancellations made within 30 to 16 days notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee (based on the total amount).
100% cancellation fee: Cancellations made with less than 15 days notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee (based on the total amount).
Banking or service fees: The Three P Beach Resort will not cover any banking or service fees associated with refunding a reservation.
CANCELATION BY THE RESORT
We will only cancel your booking if our accommodation becomes unavailable due to force majeure.
In this case, we will make reasonable efforts to find you alternative local accommodation if applicable.
However, our liability will not extend beyond this.
EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in is allowed on a space-available basis. This means that we will only allow early check-in if there are rooms that are not booked by other guests, already clean and ready for guests. Early check-in may or may not be subject to a fee. The fee may vary depending on the check-in time and season. It is always best to contact us in advance to request an early check-in. This will give us a chance to check availability and let you know if there is a fee. Should your room not yet be ready for check-in you are welcome to stay at our resort (restaurant, terrace, or garden), use our resort facilities, and wait for your check-in.
LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out is allowed on a space-available basis. This means that we will only allow late check-out if there are rooms that are not already booked for check-in on the same day. Late check-out may or may not be subject to a fee. The fee may vary depending on the check-out time and season. It is always best to contact us in advance to request a late check-out. This will give us a chance to check availability and let you know if there is a fee. Should your room not be available for a late check-out you are welcome to stay at our resort (restaurant, terrace, or garden), use our resort facilities, and wait for your departure or transfer service.
CHILD POLICY
One child under the age of 12 can stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents.
For each additional child, we charge a fee of PHP 400 per night.
Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and will be charged the full adult rate.
LIABILITY / TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
The Three P Beach Resort is located on an Island in the Philippines and weather might impact travel arrangements. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:
1. Weather-Related Disruptions
- Bad weather conditions and any consequences arising from such conditions DO NOT constitute valid grounds for booking cancellation or refund
- This includes but is not limited to: heavy rain, strong winds, storms, flooding, high waves, and any resulting transportation disruptions
- Inclement weather affecting transportation services (flights, ferries, land transport) shall not constitute grounds for booking cancellation or refund
- Delayed arrival or forced extended stay due to transportation cancellations or delays shall not entitle guests to compensation or refund
- The Resort shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to weather-related travel disruptions
2. Transportation Services
- The Resort is not responsible for any flight, ferry, or other transportation cancellations or delays
- No refunds will be issued for unused nights due to transportation delays or inability to reach the Resort
3. Insurance
- All guests are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to their stay
- Insurance should specifically cover:
1) Trip cancellation/interruption due to weather conditions
2) Flight and ferry cancellations/delays
3) Additional accommodation costs due to forced extended stays
4) Emergency medical evacuation
5) Lost or delayed baggage
4. Force Majeure
- The Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, natural disasters, governmental actions, or other force majeure events
- In such cases, the Resort will attempt to offer alternative dates for booking, subject to availability
We strongly recommend that all guests take out adequate travel insurance which covers accidents, losses caused by cancellations, loss of luggage, personal property, medical expenses, medical evacuation, and weather disruption. The Three P Beach Resort and Ducks Diving Romblon do not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense, or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of the company's control. You or your insurance must shoulder the costs of cancellations, losses, and disruptions caused by reasons outside of The Three P Beach Resort's and Ducks Diving Romblon's control or responsibility. This includes but is not limited to inclement weather, health problems, family emergencies, lost luggage, canceled or postponed flights or ferries (including those we book for you), and many other unforeseen reasons that can change travel plans and/or cause financial losses. We can provide documentation to support your insurance claims upon your request, however, it is your responsibility to insure yourself or your group against these possible losses.
SMOKING
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
We have a designated smoking area in the resort.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or intentional.
This includes damage to furniture, fixtures, equipment, and even items like towels and artwork.
In some cases, the hotel may charge the guest for the full replacement cost of the damaged item, plus a handling fee.
LOST & FOUND
Lost items: If you lose an item in your hotel room, please report it to the front desk immediately.
We will hold lost items for 60 days and will make reasonable efforts to identify the owner.
After 60 days, we will donate the items to charity.
Found items: If you find a lost item in your room, please report it to the front desk.
We will attempt to contact the owner of the item and return it to them.
ILLEGAL DRUGS
No illegal drugs are allowed on the hotel premises.
This includes any type of drug that is illegal under national or provincial law.
PRIVACY POLICY
Data protection is of a particularly high priority for the management of The Three P Beach Resort & Dive Center. The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number of a data subject shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to The Three P Beach Resort & Dive Center. The Three P Beach Resort has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. However, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transfer personal data to us via alternative means, e.g. by telephone.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in the resort.
Assumption of Risk, Release, and Indemnity
The use of the facilities at THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER naturally involves the risk of injury, whether the undersigned or someone else causes it. As such, the undersigned agrees that he or she understands and voluntarily accepts the risk and agrees that THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER and any of their affiliated entities or an officer, director, member, agent, servant, or employee (hereinafter collectively “THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER”) will not be liable for any injury, including and without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or any damage to the undersigned, the undersigned’s spouse, the undersigned’s children, guest or relative (hereinafter, collectively “GUEST”) resulting from the negligence of THE THREE P BEACH RESORT& DIVE CENTER or anyone else using the facilities. If there is any claim by anyone based on any injury, loss, or damage described herein, which involves GUEST, the undersigned agrees to (i) defend THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER against such claims and pay THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER for all expenses relating to the claim including, but not limited to, any attorney’s fees, and (ii) indemnity THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER for all obligations resulting from such claims. This document shall be construed and enforced by the laws of the Philippines. Waiver of Liability The GUEST agrees to release from all liability, discharge and promise not to take legal action against (i) THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER, (ii) any other guest, visitor, or person present using the facilities or equipment of THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER; (iii) any designers, manufacturers, or installers of the facilities or equipment of THE THREE P BEACH RESORT &DIVE CENTER; and/or (iv) in connection with any activities sponsored by THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER whether or not such activities take place inside or outside of any premises owned or operated by THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER. This agreement releases THE THREE P BEACH RESORT& DIVE CENTER from any liability to GUEST, their heirs, next of kin, assigns, or personal representatives for any losses or damages or claims or demand arising out of GUEST’s injuries, property damage, or GUEST’s death, even if THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER’s individual or collective negligence contributes to such personal injury, damage or death. The undersigned hereby waives any claims or actions that may arise against THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER, its owners, directors, or employees or volunteers as a result of any such injury to any such person. Such risks include but are not limited to: a. Injuries resulting from the negligence of the owners, operators, employees, or volunteer assistants of THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER or the negligence of guests, visitors, or persons who may be present at THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER; or the negligence of the landlord or THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER b. Injuries or death resulting from the failure or negligent misuse, by me or by others, of the facilities or equipment of THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER. c. Injuries caused from slips, trips, falls, or other such accidents that occur while using the facilities or which may be caused by other persons’ use of the facilities or equipment of THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER d. Injuries resulting from participating in and/or using equipment in connection with the activities sponsored by THE THREEP BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER which may take place inside or outside of any premises owned or operated by THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER. e. Injuries that occur from the negligence or lack of adequate training of those volunteers, agents, or employees of THE THREE P BEACH RESORT & DIVE CENTER who seek to assist with medical or other help before or after injuries have occurred The GUEST freely and voluntarily assumes complete personal responsibility for these risks and for the injuries that might occur as a result of these risks, even if such injuries occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time this agreement is signed.
