Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 21 days before arrival will be refunded 100%. Cancellations less than 21 days of arrival will forfeit 50%. Cancelations under 14 days, including same-day cancellations, no-shows, and early departures are responsible for 100% of the total booking charge.
Change Policy
Date changes made more than 21 days before arrival will not incur any penalty. Date changes less than 21 days of arrival constitutes a cancellation, and will likely result in forfeiture of up to 50% of deposit. Changes made under 14 days of arrival will result in 100% of the booking charge. Any changes made under 14 days to a reservations for a future date are non-refundable.

100% of the deposit is required upon booking. Rates do not include 6% sales tax and a 5% occupancy tax. Upon your arrival, we will hold your credit card on file for any incidentals. If you would like to use another card for incidentals, please indicate this to our hospitality team and we will happily switch to your preferred payment method.
Check-in and Check-out
Your room will be awaiting your arrival from 3 pm on and you will have enough time to sleep in and take your time before our 11am check-out.
Late Check-in
The front desk closes daily at 8PM. If you are planning to arrive after front desk hours, please reach out in advance and we will provide detailed check-in instructions to ensure your arrival is smooth and effortless.
Parking
Private parking is complimentary on site.
Housekeeping Experience
We want our guests to enjoy an exceptional room experience upon arrival and privacy during their stay. Our housekeeping team will provide daily cleaning unless otherwise requested. If any of our guests would like decline room cleaning, please indicate to our front desk upon check-in.
After-hours
At Otis, we want every guests to experience refuge and retreat during their stay. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to refrain from excessive noise inside or outside rooms where other guest’s peace may be disrupted during the hours of 10pm-7am.
Accessibility or Special needs
We ask our guests who requiring assistance to inform the hotel in advance of their stay to ensure we can provide the best support during their stay.
Damage Policy
During your stay, we want you to feel at home and be comfortable to use and experience all the amenities in room and throughout the property. The only thing we ask is that you treat everything with care and respect to ensure every guest in the present and future can enjoy these amenities similarly. If by chance you or a guest in your party does damage something within the room or on property, you may be subject to financial responsibility based on the Hotel’s discretion and assessment.
