A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is required to confirm your reservation.
If you need to make a cancellation, please contact us at hello@kitoki-inn.com. Reservations are not transferable.
Cancellations with 14 days or more notice of your arrival date are refunded the deposit less a $50 cancellation fee per cabin booked.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival and no refunds are available for reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival.
Early departures will be responsible for 100% of each remaining night reserved. ____

*CHECK-IN after 4:00PM, CHECK-OUT by 11:00AM
*RATES - Rates listed are per cabin, per night, in Canadian Dollar (CAD). Taxes are not included. Minimum 2-nights stay. Rates include parking, breakfast and private use of the bathhouse.
*DEPOSIT and PAYMENT - 1 night deposit required at time of booking. Full payment required prior to arrival. *GUESTS - Must be 19 years of age or older to book. Maximum 2-person occupancy. No children under 12 years of age.
*PETS are not allowed.
*NO SMOKING - Smoking in the cabins or bathhouse will result in a $250 fee charged.
*NO BBQ - Please do not bring your own propane stove or barbecue.
*CLEANING - If the cabin is left excessively dirty after departure, a cleaning will be applied up to $250. Please wash dishes before departure.*DAMAGE - If any property is damaged during your stay a damage fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the amount of estimated repairs or replacement.
*LATE CHECK OUT - A late check out fee of $100 will apply for check out after 11am and every $100 for every subsequent 30 minutes
