Terms and Conditions
Electricity: Today the supply is 90% provided by solar panels and wind power, which automatically turn on at 10 am until 11 pm approximately. If theweather is very cloudy- which does not happen often, we turn it off at midday in order to turn it on at 7 pm again, until 11 pm. Once the lights go out SeaCabins are still illuminated by solar energy & battery lights. Steppe Cabins have an emergency light. We recommend to bring a flashlight. WI FI: Wi fi available at the Restaurant most of the day (solar energy). It is not reliable and might be slow.
Telephone: there is no mobile phone signal. WhatsApp works fine (calls or texts).
Credit Cards: VISA & American Express are accepted at the Lodge.
Bilingual Attention: Spanish – English.
Activities: The schedule runs on nature! Activities are planned and informed the previous night, according to weather conditions & tide tables. All areshared with the rest of the guests & are carried out within the property. No activity demands important physical effort. All of them can be done with kids.
Restaurant:
- Guests cannot access the Restaurant with food or drinks.
- Lunch is served until 2 pm. If guests arrive later, they will be able to enjoy a snack or tea.
- Uncork: If guests prefer to bring their own wine, uncorking service will be charged.
- Breakfast: simple argentine breakfast which includes cereals, fruits & homemade bread, homemade jams & butter, yoghurt, cheese, homemadehams. Grain fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate
- Lunch & dinner: Fixed menu with appetizer, main course and dessert. Spring water is included. Other beverages have an extra cost. Please keepin mind that Bahia Bustamante Lodge is a remote destination, which sometimes results in stock limitations. Our kitchens also runs onnature! We work with local products, such as fish and marine food, lamb meet, seaweed and more, depending on the availability. We have ourown biodynamic veggie garden and some fruit trees as well. Laundry Service: available with an extra cost.
Pets: Small dogs are allowed in Steppe Cabins. Please inform our Reservations staff. Consider there are dogs and other animals which are not tied; Pets are responsibility of their owners.
Children: When in common areas, children should always be under supervision of their parents. Respect the environment: Please do not pick up shells, fossils, etc. Remember this is a protected area. Bahia Bustamante is home to an incredible amount& diversity of wildlife, please respect their home, their behavior, their times. Mind the flora too. First aids – CPR.
