When booking a ****Non-Refundable or Advance Purchase Rate**** your credit card won't be charged at the time of booking, your card details are taken just to process the reservation.
After your booking is processed, we will authorize the outstanding balance. This is 3D secure authentication system for all card payments.
Once the payment is done your booking will be confirmed and guaranteed. The total cost of your booking is non-refundable & non-transferable. Booking cannot be modified once confirmed under any circumstance.
If we won't be able to authorize the payment we will contact you to process the payment again. If that doesn't work before arrival your booking will be cancelled and we won't take any responsibilities as per our T&C's.
For ****Standard Rates**** cancellation is possible until 24 hours prior to arrival day without any charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night including the booked services.
In the event of no-show the booked 1st night and service(s) will be charged in full.
****Hotel reserves the right to validate credit card authenticity (pre-authorization on 1st night cost) 3 days before arrival time to secure the booking.****
A pre-authorisation does not charge the card however, it will hold the funds on your card. You can use this card on check in to settle your invoice.
***No-Show: Cancellation Following Non-Arrival***
If you have not checked-in or contacted the hotel by phone to reconfirm that you still intend to arrive before 11am the morning after your confirmed arrival date we will assume your reservation is cancelled and you will be charged the fees as above.
