Hover Camp (formerly Camp Rendezvous)

Property and Cancellation Policies:

RV Check-In: 1:00 PM

Free cancellation if made 30 days or more before the arrival date. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival: Reservations are fully refundable for 48 hours after booking. After the 48-hour free-cancellation period passes, the reservation is non-refundable. If the booking is made within 7 days of arrival: Booking is non-refundable.

Once outside of the refund window, reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and NO REFUNDS will be issued regardless of circumstances. For example: undesirable weather, travel/road conditions, illness, health-related issues, COVID-19, family emergency, etc. We strongly recommend acquiring travel insurance. Rates & policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and holidays.

We reserve the right to change or edit a reservation to make sure all our guests have been booked in the proper accommodations. 100% of the payment is taken upon booking. 
Smoking: There is absolutely NO smoking inside cabins; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250
Excessive soiling: Hover Camp Collective reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any cabin or space that is left excessively soiled, including but not limited to exposure to bodily fluids or hazardous materials. 

Release From Liability: I, the undersigned (hereinafter the Guest) hereby irrevocably & unconditionally release & hold harmless from liability Hover Camp Collective, LLC, its owners, agents, and other guests (all four groups hereinafter known as Releasees) from any & all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way from my participation at Hover Camp.

I understand that attending a facility in the country may involve participation in physical activities both indoors and outdoors, and certain exposure to wildlife. With these, and all related activities, there is a certain element of risk. By accepting this waiver, I hereby acknowledge that my participation is at my own risk, and that I assume all responsibilities for any and all aspects of participation by both myself and any children who might accompany me. This waiver applies to any and all activities participated in at Hover Camp.

I am aware of the Covid-19 pandemic and related governmental orders, directives and guidelines (collectively “Directives”), including directives for frequent hand washing, social distancing and use of face masks in public locations. I am aware that these activities are occurring in a public location during the Covid-19 pandemic, and also potentially involve pets or other recreational vehicle and cabin activities, and are therefore hazardous activities. I am aware that I could be infected, seriously injured or even die due to Covid-19 or due to other activities while staying on the Hover Camp property including but not limited to camping and cabin rental activities. I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved and agree to assume any and all risks of bodily injury, death or property damage, whether those risks are known or unknown. 

I understand that this Release from Liability irrevocably & unconditionally releases and holds harmless all Releasees from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that I as a Guest or my family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at Hover Camp.

I, the undersigned, have read this Release from Liability & understand all of its terms; I have executed it voluntarily or opted-in, with full knowledge of its significance, & intend to be legally bound by it. Children here with me and named below are my responsibility and under 18 while here at Hover Camp. My signature and/or my required opt-in to agree with the terms and conditions for registering and participation at Hover Camp includes them in coverage of this release form.
