It is the guest's responsibility to know and understand our reservation, deposit, pet, and cancellation policies. Please review them carefully.
Booking, Payment, & Cancellation Policy
- Reservations will require a 25% deposit upon booking.
- Upon check-in, a damage deposit/pre-authorization of $150 will be added to the card on file
- Cancellations received 14 days or more from arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee(based on total accommodation amount)
Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee(based on total accommodation amount)
- Check-in is 4:00 pm
- Check-out is 10:00 am
- Late check-outs are available upon request and need to communicated before 9 pm the night before or earlier.
- Not all requests will be granted and are dependant on check-out date occupancy in that room
- If not checked out based on above guidelines, a late check out fee of $50 will be applied
Pet Policy
- $30 per night charge
- Our cabins and cedar motel rooms are the only pet-friendly units available(16 total)
- No pets in the restaurant, hotel rooms, or motel rooms
- Pets must be on a leash at all times outside your room
- Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms
- Failure to follow these policies will result in a loss of damage deposit
- All of our hotel rooms, motel rooms, cabins, and restaurant are NON-smoking
- There are designated smoking areas with disposal containers throughout the property
- Failure to follow this policy will result in loss of damage deposit
- Guests in cabins with kitchenettes are required to wash and put away their dishes after use or a $30 cleaning charge will be applied
- Quiet time on our property is 10:30 pm until 8:00 am
- Failure to follow this policy will result in loss of damage deposit
