- Individually metered power usage is billed separate to encourage responsible energy usage (Average $6-8/night/Bungalow, $10-12/night/Rancher & CC $15-20/night CM) Based on .30/KW hr consumed
- Additional guests over standard house are $15/night/pp (includes an extra mattress, linens, towels etc)
