- If you cannot arrive on the day of check-in, let us know. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled and of course, no more refunds will be possible.
- Cancellations or modifications to your booking arrangements that comply with our cancellation policies, must be sent by email to moringa.resort@gmail.com, we will considered it and responded to you within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions
Check-in time is 2:00 PM (1400 hrs.) and standard check-out time is 12:00 NN (1200 hrs.
Requests for early check-in (as early as 12:00 NN) or late check-out (up to 4:00 PM) may be accommodated subject to room availability and hotel capacity. Approval of such requests relies on the sole discretion of the Hotel representative.
Check-in between 6:00 AM to 1:59 PM, and/or check-out between 12:01 PM to 8:00 PM may be allowed, subject to room availability and approval of the Hotel Manager. Guests will subsequently be charged XXphp/hour.
Kindly advise guests to bring a hotel or travel agency voucher, or identification card to facilitate check-in.
Any incidentals and consumptions made by guests shall be settled directly to the Hotel
Terms and Conditions:
The dates of your booking will be held upon receipt of a of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price of the stay.
A confirmed booking will occur once you have sent us your proof of payment (scanned copy or photo of the deposit slip or PayPal payment confirmation).
Check-in time is 2 PM onward. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the room at an additional.
Our check-out time is 12 NN. Late check-out can be requested subject to the availability of the room at an additional.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
- If you have any special requests (for example dietary requirements or room location for seniors or PWD), please let us know at the time of booking.
- Please note that except by prior arrangement confirmed in writing (via email), only the number of persons specified on a booking confirmation may occupy a room.
- You are responsible for informing us of any losses or damage to the property as soon as possible.
- Please note that you will be liable to pay us for any losses or damage to the property caused by you or a member of your party (except for reasonable wear and tear).
- If any guest behaves inappropriately, improperly, or illegally, we reserve the right to ask the guest and their party to leave the Property before the end of their booking period. Any refund for doing so will be entirely at our discretion.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. We encourage you to proceed to our designated smoking area at the garden lounge.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- We operate on a quiet policy between 10 pm and 9 am and request that noise levels be kept to a minimum between these hours. This is for your comfort as well as the comfort of our other guests.
- We strive to make your stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. However, should any part of your stay not be to your satisfaction please address these concerns with us as soon as possible so that we can address them immediately. We will always do our best to remedy any issues.
LIABILITY
Moringa accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage of whatever nature, during or as a result of your

responsible for keeping the keys to the safety box.

Child rates
- Children 3 years old and under can stay for free.
- Children from 4 to 8 years old can stay for PHP 500.00 per child per night (room only).
